The lake is just minutes away, down the mountain, at Pettit Bay Campground. There is easy access to boat launching, fishing and swimming at Pettit Bay Campground. Very well kept place.
Was a very clean place. Everything you could ever need was already in the cabin. The trails were awesome to walk through. The field maze was really cool as well. Was a little disappointed about the ponds, they wasn’t quite what we was expecting but that didn’t effect the good time we had. Would definitely go back again. Pam was great to deal with! It is an awesome property to rent!!
Perfect location to relax
Property was exactly as described and pictured. It was just remote enough to feel relaxed, yet close enough if you wanted to go in town or to the lake.
We enjoyed hiking the trails and letting our dog run free in the huge pasture area. Pam was super helpful and made it a seamless experience.
Peaceful relaxing beautiful!
The cabin here was great. Great open land where you can do activities with friends and family. The owner is very reasonable and trustworthy. The only bad thing was just the weather. But overall, the place was great. I really dont mind getting this place in the future.
Cozy, quiet weekend
I love the seclusion of the property, while still within short drive to marinas and small stores. Property is pretty, house is nice and stocked for all you need. Great escape from town life.
Great getaway. Extremely accommodating.
Cabin was very clean and I must say the inside was brilliantly done with a simple yet elegant finish. What you would expect in a modern cabin. It’s secluded with enough open field to set up any family games one would want, and is just minutes from the lake. Pam was excellent during the booking process and our stay. We will most definitely be rebooking this cabin in the future. Thanks for hosting us.
