Fantastically situated chalet in Portocolom, `Ca Na Marita i Biel´

This modern chalet is superbly situated in the quiet residential area `Sa Bateria´ at the port entrance to the scenic village of Portocolom with its wonderful coastline, beaches and natural harbour.
The property is built on 3 levels with its own private swimming pool, driveway, garage and gardens.
The outdoor swimming pool includes a sunbathing area and shaded porch. The pool access is via steps and drops off to 2m in the deep end. There is an outside shower available to use before and after using the pool.
The ground floor includes pool bathing access area, bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge area.
The lounge area has a small library/quiet reading area with novels and literature in both Spanish and English. There are also a large selection of DVD films available.
The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with bath/jacuzzi. The large bedroom has a large double bed and a futon with a large SMART TV on the wall.
The two other bedrooms have individual beds and make use of the downstairs bathroom which has a shower cubicle with sauna included.
The house has air conditioning in the both the master bedroom downstairs and the en-suite bedroom upstairs. The dining room and lounge also has A/C. The two other double bedrooms have newly installed ceiling fans.
Moving up to the 1st floor is the kitchen, dining and lounge area and another bedroom and bathroom. From here you can enjoy the fantastic views from the comfort of being inside thanks to the large windows that provide picturesque views of the port entrance and the infamous lighthouse.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob and large 90cm oven. It also has a double wardrobe Samsung fridge and freezer with ice maker.
The upper lounge area includes a dining area for 6 people and TV viewing area with a basic satellite connection (Movistar). The first floor also has another bedroom (large double bed) and en-suite bathroom.
Leading out from the kitchen or the lounge you have use of the extended covered terrace area which provides an excellent eating area. There is a breakfast table infant of the kitchen window with table and chairs as well as the main table forum to 8 guests. This terrace also has amble sunbathing opportunities and is surrounding by cushions and reclining sunbathing chairs.
The top floor terrace of the property includes the amazing 360 degree views of the port entrance, hills in the distance, beaches, village and the open sea. It has a large shaded area with dining facilities. The barbecue area is a real must! It also has several sun bathing chairs and a double hammock for those who just want to have the typical post lunch siesta in the shade while admiring the lovely views and feeling the warm sea air.
The upper terrace also has a fantastic outside shower facilities with both hot and cold water, allowing you to shower throughout the whole year while taking in the breathtaking views of the lighthouse and sea at the same time.
The house is only a 15-20 minute walk away from the village. Following the pathway you can make the easy stroll to the village along the scenic waterfront to the many restaurants and bars both on route and along the village promenade itself.
The nearest coastal beach is Cala Marsal only 20 minutes walk away and provides all the amenities including lifeguards, restaurants and bars. Within the port there are many very small sandy bathing areas (one is only 200m away from the house) which is great for younger children and weaker swimmers alike. The main village beach is on the other side of the port S ´Arenal and can be reached by car or bicycle.
Portocolom has a cycle pathway which circumnavigates the port along the waterfront. The house has various bicycles for you to use at your leisure.
The village has several supermarkets (Eroski and Spar), local bakery, fish mongers , hardware stores and pharmacy.

Lovely property with stunning views
We just returned from a fabulous holiday in Mallorca and this holiday home was part of the reason why! It exceeded our expectations! It is everything you see in the photos and more. While the interior is lovely and spacious, the outdoor living spaces are fantastic - the second and third floor terraces offer incredible views of the sea and picturesque Portocolom harbour. What incredible spots to watch the sunrise and sunset. The home was located in a quiet area and we were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. The grocery store was a few short minutes away by car. If you plan on eating in, the kitchen is well equipped and we made use of the 3rd floor terrace bbq grill! The hosts were wonderful in greetings us to point out everything we needed to know and providing lots of information and suggestions for our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this holiday home and will hopefully be able to return in the future!

Beautiful home in Portocolom
This was a 3 generational family holiday and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying in this gorgeous villa. It's a large home with lots of outdoor space so there's no danger of feeling like you are living on top of each other. The house is really well equipped and there are many extras in the garage from bikes to blow up pool toys. At 8 and 10 the kids loved the pool and were always keen to get back to the house to use it. Portocolom is a lovely quietish town, there is a lovely beach 10 /15 minute walk from the house and there are lots of nice restaurants to try out. We also had a lot of fun on a boat trip we took from the harbour. We really enjoyed meeting Tony and Maria who are lovely people and great hosts. They are both very friendly and helpful, responding to any messages quickly and positively - making everything about this holiday perfect from beginning to end. Thanks you for having us stay in your lovely home.

Best view in Portocolom!
Amazing views from the house and the terraces. Immaculately clean. Wonderfully helpful and kind hosts who were there to give us a quick tour at check in. The house was well stocked with pool toys, cooking utensils and spices, beach chairs, laundry detergent....all the things you need but don't realize. If I could give this 6 stars I would! My only caution is that if you are planning to arrive on a Sunday, know that all the local supermarkets are closed.

Angenehmes Ferienhaus
Der Aufenthalt war leider von Baulärm geprägt, für den es eine Ausnahmegenehmigung gab. Tony hat sich sehr um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Die Baustelle gegenüber ist nun sicher abgeschlossen. Die Unterkunft war in vielen Dingen sehr gut, bietet sehr viel Platz (auch für uns 6 Personen), jedoch gibt es in den beiden unteren Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage. Lässt man die drei vorhandenen Klimaanlagen in den beiden großen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer laufen, kühlen diese die beiden Schlafzimmer mit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ausstattung ist auch recht gut. Einzig die untere Dusche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und die WC-Spülung sehr schwach. In den beiden großen Schlafzimmern mit Dusche/ WC bzw. Handdusche/ WC ist alles okay. Die Küche hat auch alles. Wenn etwas fehlt, reagiert Tony sofort. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut! Der schöne Pool mit Außendusche wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Parkplatz auf dem Hof oder auch davor.

Perfect views in a million dollar home
Unparalleled views of the ocean, lighthouse and the pittoreske harbour. Beautiful house, spacious with all amenities and great pool. We really enjoyed our stay and were made very welkome by the owners. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back in the future!
