It is a lovely apartment located in the upper part of the urbanization, very close to the track Puerta Monaita and the parador and Virgen de las Nieves chairlift overlooking the ski slopes, which has easy free parking and all utensils and furnishings needed to spend some wonderful days in the ski resort.
It has one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (four beds) and one with double bed; bathroom, living room with kitchenette, microwave oven, smartelevisión, central heating and hot water. Quiet place and easy parking.
NORMS OF OBLIGATION OBSERVANCE BY THE GUEST REGULATORS OF THE TOURIST OR VACATIONAL RENTAL OF APARTMENT SUBMITTED TO THE SPANISH CIVIL CODE
The entrance is done without check-in, there is no key delivery, since the door is opened through an application for smartphones called K3connect, which has to be installed by the guest and registered in it to be able to access it to the house.
A copy of the guest's identity document or passport must be sent via email or wassapp.
The entrance to the apartment is made from 3:00 PM.
The departure must take place before 3:00 p.m. In case of not leaving the apartment on the departure date indicated in the application a surcharge of € 200 per day will be charged, which will be added to the rate corresponding to the days that the stay has been extended without the apartment. in addition to all expenses that direct and indirect that such delay generates in the face of the recovery of housing, including attorney and attorney fees. All this provided that the parties have not agreed in writing an extension of the rental period initially agreed, in which case it will be as agreed in the extension document.
The photographs in possession of the landlord, as well as those published on the web pages where the apartment is advertised, are considered for all purposes as inventory of furniture, appliances and household appliances existing in the house, personally responding to the guest of any damage, breakage or disappearance of elements, facilities or existing equipment in the apartment.
The guest is obliged not to sublet, in whole or in part, the leased property without the express and written consent of the lessor. The assignment or transfer of the contract is prohibited in any case. Failure to comply with this clause will be grounds for termination of the contract.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed
No parties or disturbing noises that disturb the rest of the neighbors, causing immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
In case of leaving the apartment very dirty, 60 € will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning.
