Dirty dirty place, smelled like Urin, to charge all that money is a crime, do not rent here, manager Ricardo doesn’t care , not even there or responding to my text, yellow sheets like someone pissed on them

Great potential, needs help

Tornaquincy is in a great location, very central to Florence, close to a little supermarket, many stores/ restaurants, within short walk to the Duomo. #3 is quite large, with separate bedroom, large living room, loft with 2 single beds – good for couple w 2 kids. Additional toilet that can be used by sleepers in loft. A/C – which we did not use. Door to the apartment is reinforced, adds security. However: - There is a bar very nearby, with a lot of activity from 10p until 4a… Talking, shouting, singing, even music one night until 4a. However, this is the center of Florence, so some noise is to be expected. - Condo is very spartan: it could sleep 4, but there are only 2 lounge chairs and a coffee table, and a larger table with 4 chairs – all wood, no cushion. No shelf or cabinet in bathroom for toiletries. Only one pillow per bed. - Kitchen could be functional, but there are very few items: no can opener/ bottle opener/ corkscrew/ spatula… No salt/pepper/oil/vinegar… Very few cooking utensils. No dish-rack. 1 dish-towel. 3 forks for 4 potential guests. Tiny coffee pot for one cup. Countertop is cracked near faucet, and has a burn-mark. One garbage bag for 5 nights, no spares, no instructions on how to dispose. - Serious crack on one wall in the kitchen with “powder” on floor. - Curtains disintegrating with holes from day-light/age. - Not very responsive property manager. This place could be a gem with a little bit of attention, but it’s being run down.

Heart of florence

Our experience in Florence was fabulous, the only downside was that the night life was noisy! This is located in the heart of Florence, so close to all the tours, shopping, and great restaurants, but it is also around the corner from a very loud popular bar. If you are a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Clean, large, stylish apartment with a great location

I stayed in this apartment with my 2 high school age daughters. There were no surprises. The 2nd floor apartment was clean and stylish with an amazing painted ceiling. The bathroom had plenty of towels. The kitchen was nice and there was a grocery store about 100 yards away. The location is a few minutes walk from everything that we wanted to see. I ran along the river every morning. We would definitely stay here again.

If location matters this is the spot

This apartment was in an great spot to explore Florence. It was nice and clean. The person meeting us to let us in was very nice. She met us quickly and we were a couple hours early. Florence is a busy city so you will hear noise and people during the night. That did not bother us but others may not be happy. We love hearing people have fun. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the wifi does not work, not a deal breaker though as we only stayed a couple nights.
