We offer you a 9-bed apartment with balcony located on the first floor, with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. Everything has just been renovated and is located in the center of our city wonderful place full of culture and enchanting place for traveling on foot or by public transport. Just near the house we can enjoy the historic cemetery Delle Fontanelle that is worth visiting, then a few steps away in Via duomo stands the Cathedral of Naples and in its vicinity there are two archaeological museums. Then the chapel is severe of the veiled Christ and finally the seafront that the whole world envies us.

Great Experinece

Great Location, in the heart of old Napoli. Rosario was warm and welcoming, would recommend to anyone that wants a taste of Naples.

Bonne emplacement

L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier très caractéristique de Naples, vivant et sympathique. Le propriétaire est disponible et accueillant. L'appartement se compose d'une cusine dès l'entrée principale. Dans la cusine, une échelle conduit à la première chambre de trois lit et une salle de bain. Il s'agit d'une chambre mezzanine, donc pas de portes. Puis il y a un très grand salon, où peut-être une table basse pourrait être utile quand in veut profiter du canapé. Dans ce même salon une autre échelle mène à la deuxième chambre avec trois lits aussi, toujours en mezzanine. La deuxième salle de bain se trouve dans la cuisine. L'appartement est grand et a un bon potentiel. On pourrait suggérer quelques rénovations (les portes des douches ferment pas bien) et la literie dans la chambre au dessus de la cusine. L'illumination aussi peut être améliorée avec des lumières un peu plus chaudes. Puisque le quartier est animé et que l'appartement se trouve au premier étage, il est un peu bruyant...mais c'est Naples ! C'est la vie de quartier! Dans l'ensemble notre séjour nous a satisfait!

Séjour de Noël à Naples

Un appartement situé dans un quartier populaire,très vivant, avec des petits commerces très bon marché ! A environ 30mn à pied de la rue commerçante Toledo et de la mer. Nous aimons marcher mais il est bien sûr possible de.prendre le.metro à 10mn environ. Un superbe front de mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et remercions encore Rosario pour son accueil.
