Extremely secluded, comfortable and very spacious 1 bedroom (king size bed)basement flat with an 8 meter HEATED swimming pool for your use only.
The apartment is located in a quite avenue 5 minutes from a fabulous beach underneath a a luxury villa
The apartment has full sky television including all sky sports and BT sports with TV in all other European languages if required also fiber optic internet access.
There is a nice quite courtyard at one end of the flat where you can sit or sunbathe on the chairs and sun loungers.The swimming pool is situated at the other end of the flat where you can enjoy the wonderful sea and mountain views.
The village has lots of convenience stores and other shops,also lots of bars and restaurants to choose from all within 5 minute walk from the property.
There is a local bus service and always taxis available in the village.
The local beach Playa Ajobo was only opened a few years ago which offers sun loungers and waiter service, good food.

There are many things to do and see on this beautiful island from visiting the boutiques and shops, golfing, swimming,surfing, diving, visiting the famous mount Teide, plenty of walks to do, wine tasting, eating in superb restaurants and lots more.

Great apartment

The apartment was exactly what we wanted. Quiet and peaceful location, but just a gentle stroll to the bars and restaurants. The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful, and their dog is simply gorgeous!

Little paradise

Lovely well equipped property in a nice quiet area, we enjoyed the location as it was ideally situated to walk to restaurants and shops. Its the type of holiday where you could do lots or nothing at all. The hosts were friendly and helpful, we recommend the property highly, great get away for winter sun.

Very enjoyable

Superb hosts in John and Caroline in that communication with Caroline prior to visit was helpful and effective, they were on hand throughout our stay and also the fact that they are simply nice people. Caroline was kind enough to take us to local supermarket for a “big shop!” Callao Salvaje is lovely and has all that is needed for a relaxing holiday but might be on the quiet side for those looking for something more lively. The stairs to the pool and sunbathing area kept my fitness level up but the “private area” is just that and is first class. Bonus on several occasions for us was to meet Nisa (John & Caroline’s dog). She is a beauty and a gem.

Costa adeje break

Lovely basement flat .Go up stairs to a fantastic sun lounging are qith a good size pool .Property has everything you need .Callao salvaje has plenty of bars and restaurants and a beach. Theres a bus stop outside apartment which can get you all over islands. Overall great place, great hosts

What makes this property unique

Car: not necessary
This villa is located on the south west coast of Tenerife in a quiet resort called Callao Salvaje. Callao Salvaje is situated directly in front of the island of La Gomera and offers magnificent views especially at sunrise/sunset. The resort also has a new beautiful man made beach which was completed in 2012, it has its own little jetty which is very good for fishing, snorkelling etc. The villa is only a short walk away from the beach and to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, taxi rank, bus stops, pharmacy, doctors, cafes, bakery, butchers, tennis courts and football pitches etc.

This resort does have some fantastic restaurants which are well known over the island, it also has late night bars with entertainment. Callao Salvaje is only a 10 minute drive or 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama aswell are only a short drive away.
