This charming bungalow is steps from the footbridge, that carries you over Mirror Pond into Drake Park where you can enjoy all the amenities of downtown Bend. The home features stunning views of Mirror Pond and Drake Park. You can enjoy the view from either the covered patio, the greatroom or the master bedroom. The living room is light and bright with vaulted ceilings. Bedrooms two and three, along with the master bathroom also have large windows and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy barbecuing or sitting around the fire pit while taking in one of the premier views in Bend. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your gourmet meals. The dining room has seating for 8 guests or outside seating for 14. Launch your SUP or kayak into the Deschutes River right out the gate. There is a canoe, 2 kayaks and 4 cruiser bikes to use for your convenience. You can paddle to the Old Mill District or ride your bike to tour the local craft brewery scene. This is a wonderful home for entertaining or just watching the river.

Great patio and shared spaces in a convenient location. Very clean and great to have bikes available for riding around town.

Great home for group stay in Bend

Four people stayed very comfortably in a clean, well-appointed home. Really nice porch and outdoor setting overlooking park and river. Easy access to downtown and Westside restaurants. Nice amenities available for use.

Slice of heaven!

The most awesome stay ever! Perfect location! Loved the porch and view from porch -nice park right there as well as foot bridge to downtown. Had fun on bikes! Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable - loved having 3 full bathrooms. Easy access to everything! Definitely coming back!!!! Thank you!

Why they chose this property

This location is hard to beat. It is a lovely large treed lot overlooking Drake Park and Mirror Pond. Wonderful outdoor spaces that you will want to relax in for hours to come. This home has been a wonderful place for both friends and family to gather over the past 21 years

What makes this property unique

Location location location!!! I think you will enjoy the warm fun eclectic decor this home has to offer. This home lives large with its big windows and outdoor living areas. While right in the heart of Bend it is still a very quiet home. It's the best of both worlds.
