Sarzana, a beautiful medieval city full of bars, restaurants and shop, it offers a full calendar of cultural events, is not far from the sea, and is close to places of tourist interest: Lerici, Portovenere, 5 Terre, Pisa, Florence, Genoa .
The house is furnished in a simple but complete with all accessories desirable to spend a peaceful stay. It is located near the center of Sarzana, in the foothills of the Ligurian hills. And 'situated in a quiet residential area and it is well served by public transport. Ideal for those who want a cultural holiday by making excursions to many beautiful places within easy reach from Sarzana, but also for those who want to enjoy a few days of relaxing beach holiday (in this case, better to be equipped with its own means of transport, although there are public transport to reach the nearest beaches at 6/7 Km)

Gelungener Urlaub in Sarzana

Zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus konnten wir wieder das geräumige Platzangebot und den großen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und günstig gelegen, die Bäckerei/Alimentari in der Nähe ist gut ausgestattet das Stadtzentrum auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Strände in der Nähe, auch La Spezia und Cinque Terre sowie das nicht allzu weit entfernte Pisa sprechen für die gute Lage Sarzanas. Der Kontakt zum freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter war immer positiv. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz im Inneren, auch für 4 Personen, ist komplett ausgestattet, auch mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Uns gefiel auch der große Außenbereich, die große Rasenfläche mit Bäumen sowie der Abstellplatz für 2 PKWs. In 300m Entfernung gibt es einen guten Bäcker/Alimentari; man kann teilweise am Canale Luninese entlang zu Fuß das schöne Zentrum Sarzanas erreichen und dort herumbummeln. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter (er war leider erkrankt) war immer sehr gut, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und haben uns immer wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt ist Sarzana ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips an den Strand und zu vielen interessanten Orten in der Umgebung.

Traveling with Dog

This was our first time traveling with our dog. The property was exactly what we needed - fenced, great yard. It was easy to spend time on the terrace and let our dog play and relax from all of our travels.

5 weeks in Sarzana

I stayed in this house for 5 weeks. The town is peaceful and we felt safe there. The house was very well equipped, found everything we needed for cooking, warm bed covers, excellent pillows etc. Everything was as you see in the pictures. The garden was completely fenced so I could have my dogs running free there while working at the table on the terrace. I needed Wi-fi for my work and it worked very well. The owner was extremely helpful with the few requests that I had. There were roosters in the neighbourhood that woke us up in the morning but I quite enjoyed the sounds of hens and ducks during the day. Local bakery was a few hundred meters from the house where you could buy basic groceries. Bigger supermarkets, restaurants and the train station were approximately 2.5km away. Beautiful hills and other nice places to visit closeby, if you have a car.
