This spacious 3448 sq ft single level Mid-Century Modern home is close to everything! Just 1/3 mile to La Jolla Shores Beach and steps to La Jolla Shores Village. Situated on a flat lot, guests are greeted with a circular driveway with convenient and coveted off-street parking. The front gate enters to a large private courtyard which includes a deck with grill, outside dining and outdoor seating arrangement. Entering the front door you will find the Parlor/Entertainment room (15’x18’) with a 65" flat-screen tv. Continue through the Foyer and enter the Great Room (32’x21’) - an open space which includes a formal dining area (seats 10), fireplace seating area, and Ping Pong Table. This room features 12' ceilings and an expansive wall of tall windows with views to the back yard. The kitchen adjoins this room and includes a breakfast dining area (seats 6) which accesses the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining service for 12 guests, small appliances, cooking accessories and basic pantry items. You might also enjoy the 10+ restaurants down the street - we sure do! The Foyer accesses the Hallway to Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Laundry Room:

This is a really great home with plenty of comfortable space with areas for quiet relaxation as well as rooms to congregate, and seperate tv room. It is within close walking distance to La Jolla Shores Village and Beach, and in an area of La Jolla Shores with lower density and larger lot sizes.
The location doesn't get any better than this!

Golf Trip Perfection

The house was perfect for a group of 5 friends to get together for a weekend of golf. Just 10 min to a Torrey Pines, close to the beach, and walkable for groceries, restaurants and such. The house is very well maintained and appointed. The kitchen is fantastic and well supplied. I would definitely stay there again. The owner is also very responsive and accommodating!

Great LJ Stay & We've Been Coming For Years

This was a great stay! We've been coming to La Jolla Shores for decades and normally stay at the La Jolla Shores or Beach & Tennis Club but were coming with 2 joint families so wanted a big house that could accommodate multiple adult couples and their kids + SOs and this was perfect. The house was bigger than we thought it would be in pictures! 5 great bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (no communal bathroom in the common areas, all are attached to bedrooms) - each bedroom had amazing space & touches (aka no bad bedroom!) The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed for a gorgeous dinner. Our last night, the front key pad ran out of batteries so we were locked out at midnight upon returning home, but we were able to get ahold of Belinda and she came over quickly to let us in! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

A Dream Vacation in La Jolla!

Best accommodation possible. Walk to everything. Kitchen new and beautifully equipped. We love to cook for our family, and it was a pleasure in this professionally-equipped kitchen. Even the cutlery was professional quality. The house is laid out so that everyone can have their own space if desired. The outdoor spaces are numerous and private. Something for everyone: hammock, lounge furniture, dinner table.

Excellent house

This lovely house was perfect for our family group coming from a variety of locations ranging from New Zealand to the U.S. east coast. Seven of us stayed here and five more in another nearby house but everyone was able to gather for evening meals prepared in the newly renovated kitchen and served at the large dining room table. Our host, Belinda, was immediately responsive in taking care of the few minor problems that occurred during our stay.

We enjoy many of the activities La Jolla Shores has to offer - surfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, fishing, cycling; along with beach walks and the great restaurant offerings in the neighborhood.
