About this property

Located in the heart of Aegina town, 10min walk from the port, 2 min walk from the market and 5min walk from the closest beach. Marvelous House, is located in a road that has no car access which makes it safe, quite and relaxing.

It is a luxury home, elegantly designed and furnished. Carefully decorated with atmospheric lighting and expensive materials that make every corner of the house a place to sit and enjoy your holidays.

Marvelous House offers a private garden with kiosk where you can find a dinning table for 6, for enjoyable moments under the purifying aromas o jasmine tree, lavenders, mimosas and other colorfull flowers. It also has a wc with shower.

It has two levels. In the the ground floor you have an open space area with living room, dinning table, wc and the fully equipped kitchen.

The upper floor is the sleeping area. You have two master bedrooms with ensuited bathrooms - the bleu room & the green room - with double beds, plus a single bed in the small mezzanine of each room (internal stair to climb to the mezzanine). In the hall outside the bedrooms, you have a two sit couch that turns to bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped regarding electrical supplies, complete sets of crockery and cutlery, serving plates, saucepans, casseroles (slightly unused), glasses, cups, mugs and all you may need to enjoy cooking and dinning, or even invite friends.

Marvelous House is suitable for winter and summer holidays, since it offers full air-condition in all the areas of the house.

We will hand you over the keys and show you the whereabouts of the house.

We can provide you with a cleaning lady in case you need with an additional cost.

There will always be someone to pick you up from the port and guid you to the Marvelous House. It is important to know exactly your arrival time.

Nearby the house you can find everything you need. Rentals, bakeries, mini markets, fish market, taverns, coffee shops, press, clothing ect and of course organized or free beaches to enjoy the sea morning to evening.

Great property, good location

Good facilities in the property, well equipped and managed with help and advice readily available if needed. Quiet sidestreet location within easy reach of bars, restaurants and shops. Easy to travel around the island by bus or to take a ferry to other nearby islands. Very happy with our choice of Aegina - heat was oppressive at times but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Vacances réussies

Belle maison au calme mais proche du port, ce qui est très pratique pour faire ses courses ou pour aller au restaurant. La maison est très bien décorée, équipée et très propre avec la climatisation dans les pièces de vie. Une petite cour à l'abri des regards permet également de manger dehors. Seul bémol, le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans toutes les pièces. Un grand merci à la propriétaire Mary d'avoir pris soin de nous mais aussi à Adda et sa maman pour leur écoute et leurs conseils. A louer sans hésiter.

The house is beautiful and a very nice place to enjoy your holiday in Aegina

We can definately reccomend Marvelous House, its a lovely house, with everything you need, and Mary is a wonderful host who does everything she can to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay in Marys place very much.

I am from the North of Athens but I love Aegina. It is close to Athens, just 50min by boat and you find yourself in a traditional island with relaxed people and fantastic nature. Sea and mountains, magnificent sunset full of colors and places to enjoy and relax your thoughts.

Marvelous House was designed by my mother and decorated by me. Architecture runs in our blood😉 Every aspect of this house, from the architectural design to the last detail was well thought and carefully selected. It was build for personal use and for that reason we choose the best quality of materials.

Antique lightings, hand-made beds, anti slippery tiles in the bathrooms, wooden hand-made wardrobes and the entrance doors desinged by me personaly, are some of the details that make this house unique.

However, when you travel to Greece from other countries, most probably, you come for the sun, the beach and to enjoy Greek night life. The olny thing to keep in mind is that, after a long day on the beach or arround the archaeological sights of the island, Marvelous House will provide you all you need to recharge your batteries ;-)

Marvelous House feels like home. It has positive energy and privacy, although in a social enviroment, just few steps from Aegina's town. Actually, Aegina is more like a village with all the facilities of a town.

Marvelous House is cool during the summer and warm during the winter. It is fully equiped, specially for people who wish to stay for a long period of time.

What makes this property unique

All the guests that come to Marvellous Home have to say about the hospitality of the house. Anta, the housekeeper's daughter is born in Aigina, speaks fluent English, French and some Russian, will advice you where to go, according to the needs of your holidays. If you have children, if you want sports and adventure, if you prefer historical places, if you love good food and crazy nightlife, Anta will advise you with the best options.

Also, as you enter Marvelous House there is always a plate of fresh fruits to refresh you from the journey.
