Lovely 80m2 apartment plus 25m2 terrace in a residence bordered by pine trees with swimming pool. Located 4 minutes walk from one of the most pleasant beaches in the south west of the island of Ibiza, Cala Vadella. The fully renovated apartment can accommodate 5 people and benefits from high quality services. It is composed of 2 double bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined) as well as an extra bed and a baby bed. Large living room with open kitchen and central island, as well as a lounge area, 2 shower rooms each with WC. Reversible air conditioning, wifi, television (French satellite, French channels). Perfectly equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)
The terrace overlooking the garden offers a shaded summer lounge with sofa and coffee table as well as a solarium area with 2 deckchairs and outdoor shower. Bed linen and towels provided.

The very pleasant residence is made up of small 2-storey buildings spaced from each other for perfect tranquility. It also offers a swimming pool with a children's pool, open from May to October with a bar area and a small supermarket.
Check in normally takes place from 3 p.m. and check out at 10 a.m. In the case of a late arrival we do not charge a supplement but it is imperative to notify us in order to organize the delivery of the keys.
Cala Vadella is a very pleasant and family-friendly cove where you will find restaurants and beach bars. Ideal for resting with the family it is also a situation close to the tourist sites of the island to visit like Es Vedra or cala d'Hort, Es Cubells ... The cove is located 10 minutes from the village of San Josep where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
