It is located in a picturesque romantic alley in the heart of Ortigia a few meters from the seafront, near the solarium to relax and sunbathe!

The building consists of 3 apartments tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts.

The apartments are separate and independent, but next to each other in the same building, therefore, ideal for groups !!!

Apartment 1 (Ortigia House):

A comfortable, modern living room with dining table, desk, large sofa bed for 2 people, full HD satellite TV, latest generation hot / cold air conditioning with touch-screen display, kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, blender / mixer, coffee maker / mocha, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, plates, coffee-breakfast-fruit plate, pots, pans ... everything you need to cook independently.

Apartment 2 (Ortigia Apartment):

1 comfortable, modern living room with dining table, sofa bed, full HD satellite TV, latest generation hot / cold air conditioning with touch-screen display. Comfortable sofa bed for one and a half.

A double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe with mirror, cold / hot air conditioning. Small balcony overlooking the alley!

A bathroom with sink, cabinet with drawers, toilet, bidet, shower and accessories.

Apartment 3 (Ortigia Flat):

A double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe with mirror, full HD satellite TV, latest generation hot / cold air conditioning unit with touch-screen display

A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, blender / mixer, coffee / mocha maker, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, plates, coffee-breakfast-fruit serving dish, pots, pans ... everything you need to cook independently.

We provide our guests with the access key to a room (located on the ground floor of the same building) equipped with a washer dryer with coin acceptor.
