Perched on a small slope in a large garden overlooking the sea is located AL MADIGI 'with direct access to the wonderful dunes of San Leone and Cannatello. The villa offers an enchanting stay and spectacular sunsets relaxing

THE VILLA
The stylishly decorated house and care in detail, consists of large living room with kitchen, all with access to large veranda for open air dining, with sea views, four bedrooms and three bathrooms t; Equipped with bed linen, bath and kitchen, dishes, books, WI FI *, LCD TV, wine glasses to feel at home and spend a relaxing holiday.
WI-FI, the area is served badly, often the transmission is slow.

Guests have free access to the large garden with kitchen - barbecue - laundry room - bathroom outside ping-pong.

Borgata marinara "Cannatello", on the sea.
A ten minute drive from the Valley of Temples, twenty minutes from the Scala dei Turchi.
A charming place in all seasons:
- Populated in the summer, the long, wide sandy beach offers spacious quiet areas;

Nice area, ok beach

It’s a nice house with a good wraparound terrace. There were two major problems that made our stay less than enjoyable: a total absence of hot water - both in the shower and in the kitchen. But the main problem was - it is a 3 bedroom with an extra closet in the attic, not a 4 bedroom house. The upper “bedroom” has neither a window, nor an a/c, terribly claustrophobic and stuffy. Our friend who had to sleep there had the most miserable time.

Great stay. Constant communication with owner.

Enjoyed this property thoroughly. Was a little tricky to find but photos from owner helped. Upon arrival, met with non English speaking housekeeper and we laughed our way through figuring out how to communicate what was needed but all was perfect and easy to use with one exception! European washing machines still confuse me but at least we eventually got clean clothes! The kitchen is lovely and new, everything you need is there and a supermarket is just a 5 min drive away. Speaking of nearby, the Valley of the Temples is also very close and a must see as is Scala dei Turchi. See it at sunset! You are a very short walk to the beach and have an uninterrupted view of the dunes. There were some jellyfish (medusa) in the water when we were there but we still went in and were careful. The water was very clear and you could see them. We basically just followed the others beach goers lead. Little pinkish things about the size of one's hand. Back at the house you can rinse off outside and enjoy the large terrace/patio area. It's huge! Outdoor kitchen and bathroom. Back inside, the bathrooms are great. Plenty of hot water, good shower pressure, and a nice sized shower with lovely tile. Bedrooms are cool with their own A/C and you can keep shutters closed to sleep all day if you want. There is a gate to the property so it feels quite secure, though we always felt completely safe and secure everywhere we went in Sicily. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend without hesitation.

5 star wonderful stay-don’t let the lack of reviews be a concern

We were pleasantly surprised the moment we arrived, with a view of the sea and sunset. We were met by the owner who showed us around the house and explained how everything worked. The house is recently built, well designed and thoughtfully equipped. Great outdoor kitchen. Great outdoor areas. Lots of space. Great starry nights. Easy walk to the beach. Easy 10 minute drive to the valley of the temples (unesco world heritage site and simply amazing to see!). The kitchen was well equipped and open to the living room with a breakfast bar and two stools in addition to a separate dining table inside. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure ( with beautiful aqua glass tiles) Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owner. Highly recommended.
