Set in a seaside resort of Kavros area in Chania region, Villa Pinelopi is an ideal coastal getaway for holidaymakers. The villa is a stone-made house inspired by Cretan traditional style while interiors are filled with full of modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Located within a walking distance to the beach, the villa offers total quietness and exceptional view over the sea. Additionally the owner of the villa owns a beach bar / tavern on the beach and our guests will have free sun beds on the beach.

Located in a great location only 350 away from the nearest sandy beach of Kavros, the two-storey 200 sq. m villa melds its traditional stone built house facade with a modern addition and offers the best comforts to our guests. It can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary.

- Indoor layout -

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace and a 48" satellite HDTV, indoor dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Additionally a piano, an office space and a toilet are found in the same area.

Then as you go through the corridor connected from the open plan area, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.

Reaching the first floor via a wooden staircase, there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony under the pergola with sitting area. A bathroom with shower is also located on the same floor.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 40 sq. m swimming pool

- Fully equipped barbecue area

- An outdoor dining table under a pergola with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape

A wonderful family week

Our family of 7, from grandparents to a five year old had a great time. It is a spacious villa, a fantastic, clean pool, a substantial BBQ and good facilities throughout including dishwasher and washing machine. Less than 10 minutes to a lovely beach with good snorkling with free sunshades made it even better

Wonderful facilities

From the outset this was an excellent villa holiday. Taxi transport from and to the airport was simple and easy. We did not rent a car but joined a expedition through the White Mountains and used the little train service. The villa was spacious with plenty of accommodation inside and outside for family members to use. Despite a late flight, the owner greeted us in person, had bought some welcome goodies and did some shopping for us. Beautiful weather in September. Beach cafe and supermarket were each a pleasant 5-10 minute stroll. We definitely use again
