We are a family owned Vacation Cabin Rental Owner....We have been renting our cabin since the year we acquired the cabin in 2006. We enjoy sharing our cabin with others and want you to realize we are proud of our cabin here in the Great Smoky Mountains. Why Lilly Stoltz chose Gatlinburg
We bought this cabin because of the true cabin feel. We like having a sitting room along with a family room and a game room. Something for everyone. We chose this cabin because it is private but yet only 3 minutes to down town and we have all the nature surrounding us on our 1/2 acre lot. We made sure to put all the gaming machines in for the kids to enjoy and high speed internet for those who like to just sit and enjoy web searching. Plenty of acres to hike/walk. This cabin is only 8 minutes to Dollywood on the bypass which helps when traffic is tough. Grocery store only 2 mintues as well. So, come and enjoy our cabin with us and we hope you return for many years to come. Thank you!
What makes this Cabin unique
We love this cabin because it is only minutes to downtown and minutes to Dollywood......We are also just off the Dudley Creek bypass and it keeps us away from all major traffic during busiest times of the year... The grocery store is only 1 1/2 mile and so is the Post Office....

Bear Necessities is a perfect cabin!
Bear Necessities is a perfect cabin for a family gathering. The home is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. With three levels we had one family on each level and it worked perfectly. Lilly was fantastic to work with and answered all our questions. The location is great to get to everything in the area. Unfortunately, the weather was not beautiful, but we had a fabulous weekend before Christmas complete with a beautiful tree!

Perfect!
So my wife took me on a surprise getaway to a resort in Orlando for my birthday this year. I said to myself I have to do much better than that. Picking out the city was easy. Finding the perfect cabin was very difficult. Every cabin on here looks good on the pictures. This one stood out for two main reasons....it was a newer cabin, and it had the best reviews. I am HAPPY to be apart of the review team! This truly was the perfect cabin. Everything was as it was said. It was clean, cozy, huge, instructions on how to use everything, great location close to the strip...... Perfect! My only complaint is, now don't get to see what the other cabins are like because I'm spoiled and this may be the only cabin I get when I return to Gatlinburg. My wife and guest loved it as well. We aslo had first time cabin guest who are also spoiled now. We'll be back!!

Great Location
Loved this cabin. Was within the City Limits and just a short drive to everything. Having a black bear Welcome us within the first hour we were there made our trip.
So glad you enjoyed your stay, even with the surprise guest to greet you. We sure love seeing the mountains and all its wildlife when we stay at the cabin as well. look forward to having your family again.
