If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing beach escape, this beautiful vacation home located in Banana Bay (a gated community) is a great choice. It is tucked away in the white sugar sands and turquoise waters of Perdido Key, Florida.

Perdido Key is a barrier island on the Gulf of Mexico and features incredible dining, fabulous golf and water activities, unparalleled sight seeing and is famous for having some of the most stunning sugar sand beaches in North America.

Built in 2015. Beautiful 4 bedroom “beach oasis home”, is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, minutes by boat, to the open seas of the Gulf of Mexico. You will not want to miss staying at the most colorful community at the beach.

This vacation home could be your private quiet getaway or the ideal location for a family vacation that will create life-time memories. Since this is a gated community the age restriction is 22 years or older (unless children are with their family)

From this custom built home, walk out onto private Banana Bay beach from your private patio. Watch the pelicans dive for breakfast, the boats drift by, dolphins playing in Dolphin Pass and the Blue Angels soaring above. This is paradise!

A hundred yards away enjoy a beautiful pool and hot tub with a large patio deck with luxurious lounge chairs. The fitness center has a nice work out room, sauna and steam room for your enjoyment.

The Gulf of Mexico and Lost Key Golf Club are just a short walk or drive down the street. Johnson's Beach, Gulf Islands National Seashore is less than a mile away, across the key. The area offers natural parks and places to explore in Perdido Key, with bustling Pensacola Beach and Orange Beach just down the road. Make certain to try the "Royal Red Shrimps", visit world famous Joe Patti's Seafood Market and visit the historic Naval Museum!

Wonderful

We absolutely loved our stay. Annette was wonderful to work with and was very helpful. The little beach in the backyard was perfect for children. We would love to stay here again!

Super Chill Vacation

The cleanliness of this property was immaculate! Ample room for two families and close enough to everything to make quick trips with it. The little private beach in the back was awesome for our kids!

Birthday getaway for my sister

I came with my family for my sister’s birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. Having a private beach was perfect for my 2 year old great niece. Plenty of room for everyone. 5 minutes from public beach. Very quiet and peaceful and would highly recommend to anyone, especially with a family. The owner was quickly to respond with any questions I had. We will definitely rebook this property.

Great stay

beautiful condo, had everything we could need or want. Grandchildren loved the beach and water right out our door and watching the boats go by. Nice, small gated community, felt very secure. Short drive to gulf beaches, state parks, food and shopping
