Great check-in experience
100% of recent guests gave this home’s check-in process a 5-star rating.
It is beautiful and spacious, with lots of light, and located in the best neighborhood in Asheville. This one bedroom apartment is a quick walk to downtown Asheville and has everything you need for a long or short stay.
The apartment most easily accommodates two people, with a Queen Size bed. There is a convertible couch for a 3rd and 4th person.
This apartment is an approved City of Asheville Homestay. It has been inspected and approved by the city in order for me to list it on Airbnb. The kitchen meets the requirements, and therefore does not contain a range or stove. It does contain a sink, microwave, toaster oven, a two-burner stove-top, coffee maker, toaster, and a refrigerator. There are also plenty of glasses, dishes, cutlery, utensils and cookware for a long or short stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washer and dryer.
You have your own private entrance and private access to the entire downstairs apartment and your own private patio.
Interaction with guests:
I live directly above you. Because this is an old house, you may hear footstep noise. Please feel free to text me if any amount of noise from my apartment is too much, and I will do the same.
Other things to note:
This is a tranquil retreat just a short distance from downtown, and this is the downstairs apartment. I live above this apartment. I ask that guests to honor the tranquility of the space by observing quiet hours and the peaceful atmosphere. The house is on a very quiet, dead-end street extremely little road noise. There is air conditioning in the apartment for the summer and three space heaters (along with the central heat) for the winter.
