Come visit our newly constructed modern condo in the Center of Moab.

It is 2 Blocks off Main Street and is within walking distance to down town restaurants and local shops.

It is a 1500 sq. foot Twin home.

It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.

There is 1 King Bed in master suite with 32" flat screen TV.

The master suite is located on the 2nd floor and has hickory hardwood floors, connected to a reading loft.

Master bedroom has a large walk in closet.

It has very large bathroom with travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed and 32" flat screen TV in each. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a travertine walk in shower and granite vanity.

We provide linens.

The kitchen has granite countertops, granite island, and stainless steel appliances.

We provide kitchenware.

It has an open design and has vaulted ceilings.

The living room has a 50" Flat Screen Smart TV.

The living room and kitchen open to a huge sliding glass door, that connects to the private back patio.

There is a BBQ and patio set.

We also have a separate dining room that seats 6.

There is a standard size Washer/Dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.

We have a 2 car carport with a large locked bike/gear storage at the back.

Excellent property and location

The property was like new, with great furnishings, including large Weber Genesis grill and utensils.

Great location 2 blocks from center of town.

Would not look anywhere else when we come back.

Comfortable and close to town and park

We enjoyed this townhouse very much. So convenient to the town and to the park. We never met Melissa but she was responsive to our needs and provided plenty of information in advance of our stay. The townhouse is even nicer than the pictures show. Fully equipped in the kitchen. There are two queen bedrooms with shared bath downstairs and a king master upstairs. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We saw three deer in the back eating the mulberries. We thought the townhouse was pricey though perhaps this is just the Moab market. We would recommend the townhouse. It was great for two couples and would be for three as well, or a family.

Great place near Moab center

This large 3 bedroom duplex was found to be everything we expected. It is fairly new and well stocked. If you are a large family, this is the place for you. And, most importantly, it is just two blocks from Main Street in the center of Moab.
