About this property

This is a lovely south facing house close to the beautiful village of Valbonne.

A really nice place to stay - perfect for extended families or friends who want to be together...... but not on top of each other with 2 separate living areas - each with own kitchen and bathrooms.

VILLA and APARTMENT - single letting only. Maximum 10 visitors.
The villa sleeps 6 with large living/dining/kitchen area, study, 3 bedrooms (master en-suite), and bathroom. The overhead 1-bedroomed apartment is accessed from the side of the house and best suited for 2 although 2 more could sleep on the double sofa bed in the living-room. It has a small kitchen and shower room.

Both the villa and the apartment have just been fully renovated with contemporary interiors set in a timeless provencal ambiance. Simple, stylish and uncluttered.

Along with a huge pool, we have table tennis and a very big trampoline.

Its perfectly situated - a 2 minute drive from Valbonne near the pretty church of Notre Dame de Brusc. It is on the foothills of the Alpes Maritimes with endless hiking trails and only a short drive to the coast with its countless beaches and night life. Nice is 30 minutes away while Antibes and Cannes about 20 minutes.

Perfect for family holidays

Beautiful villa in a quiet and peaceful place. A perfect mix of modern and vintage decoration. Outdoor is just gorgeous with a huge swimming pool and many games for children. They’ve all loved it (from age 4 to 17!) Avril has been very concerned to make us having a great stay. Perfect host! We highly recommend this villa for many reasons: the place, the swimming pool, the multiple and various activities around, beaches at 30 min. Thank you Avril for everything!

Superb villa.

We spent a glourious two weeks at Avril's villa. It is a superb place, the pool is amazing and the focal point of our holiday. The table tennis and trampoline gave the kids something extra to do. The position is superb with quick easy access to so many places on the coast and inland. Beware of mosquitos!!! The local town of Valbonne is lovely. Ces't bon.

Stunning villa that more than exceeded expectations

As always you hope that the reality of a place is as good as the pictures, with this villa it certainly was. Quiet surroundings and in a real sun trap we enjoyed a few days just relaxing by the pool and playing Table Tennis for hours. Our 3 year old Daughter loved the space, wandering round looking at the flowers and generally feeling at ease in the property, she certainly loved her “pink” bedroom. Even though it’s a 24 hour journey for us from Singapore we have already started talking about when we will be able to return. If you decide to stay here I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

Gorgeous home, beautiful area!

This home has been newly remodeled and it's a dream holiday home. We were traveling with quite the group (5 children from 9months up to 7 years old and 7 adults). The rooms are nicely laid out with room for extended family and lots of lounging. The pool is huge and the perfect place to keep the kids entertained for hours! The cute village of Valbonne is 5 minutes away and very charming with restaurants and shops. We would book this home again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. xx Tip: Make sure to bring mosquito repellent! They are pretty intense in the evening.
