Originally built in 1915, it has two bedrooms, one bath with a comfortable living area. Larger dining area with seating for six. Claw foot tub with shower, King Bed in Master, trundled twin beds in second bedroom. There is a high efficiency washer and dryer in the basement.

All old homes are quirky, and remind us that life was much different 100 years ago. Bedrooms are small and living is close. Doors creek and don't always shut; everything has been painted four or five times. But that's what gives these homes their charm. Sleeps 4 in beds. It costs a bit more than other rentals because we use the space as our own get-away, and we are looking for renters who are more interested in quality than the lowest price. Covid cleaning includes a deep disinfection with Ozone Gas. Ozone is a natural way to kill 99% of bacterial and mold. However, it is not safe to be in direct contact. Therefore, we allow at least one day between all guests to allow the half life of the gas to dissipate to safe levels. This time interval also allows a quarantine time for the house to be ready for your use before you arrive. Also, because offering this rental is not our primary job responsibility, having the bungalow cleaned in a timely manner can be challenging. If the dates that you desire bump into another guest, this is especially true.
