Situated in the Stoneybatter,one of Dublin's oldest neighborhoods,5 to 10 minutes walk from the rental you can catch the LUAS(Irish for tram) and from here the journey is only a short hop,less than 10 minutes to the city/downtown

This interior designed terraced house has two bedrooms upstairs,one with one double bed and the other with 2 single beds,downstairs there is a sitting room with one double fold down bed, a bright kitchen/dining room,small yard and a bright bathroom with bath/shower,sink and toilet

I hope you will fall in love with this charming little house,although newly renovated this home still maintains some of the original features of the era that this house was built in.In the last number of years this area has become very popular to live in as Stoneybatter is so close to the city and is now home to young families,artists,hipsters and Yoga enthusiasts(3 yoga studios and counting!)and a large selection of independent stores,cafes,restaurants and bars - there is a great vibe in this area due to the fact that old Dublin meets the new Dublin sort of speak -

Vicky and Simon did a tremendous job on the apartment - Stoneybatter is an ideal location for accessing all areas of Dublin. The apartment is just as it is claimed, if not, better than expected. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful, clean and perfect house to visit Dublin

Somos una familia española con dos hijos a la que nos ha sorprendido mucho la preciosa casa que encontramos en Dublín.

Todo estaba impecable y cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. La casa es acogedora, bonita y está muy cuidada. El barrio es tranquilísimo y no está lejos del centro.

Simon y Vicky son encantadores y están disponibles para ayudar al los huéspedes es todo lo que necesitan.

Es una casa a la que merece la pena volver!

Family Visit

Our family of four stayed for two weeks in the Stoneybatter rental. I can't say enough about all of the things that we appreciated in this experience. The location was perfectly situated for us in a quiet, safe, residential part of Dublin. We could walk to most things we wanted to attend, but also could escape the noise and crowds at the end of the day. The neighborhood was full of delicious restaurants, yoga studios and coffee shops. We frequented the Lilliput Coffee shop multiple times and The Elbowroom yoga studio offered low-key and welcoming classes. The actual rental was clean, well-maintained and big enough for my two teen children to have their own space. Lastly, the crew of people facilitating the rental and therefore our stay were attentive, responsive and anticipated our needs before we realized we had them! I would recommend this rental for anyone interested in a quality, comfortable, relaxed visit to Dublin.

Everything was perfect

The house is very clean and unique. The Location is perfect. The Bus Stadion and the Supermarket is just around the Corner and it is not noisy at all. We felt very comfortable. everything was great organised. Thank you very much Simon and Vicky.

The house was perfect for our family. We have a family of 6 and our Uncle joined us.

Great experience with Vicki who met us at the property and got us settled. The house is quiet, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. This house was better supplied than any other we have stayed at in Europe. We could easily walk to the center of Dublin to see all the sights. There is a close grocery and market as well as a pub and Restaurant. Thank you Simon and your staff.

Lovely accommodation & great location

The booking, check in and check out process with Simon and his team was truly seamless. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful, friendly and responsive. The property was a great alternative to a hotel for our family of 3 (including 1 teenager). It was very clean & well equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We even arrived to a delivery of delicious fresh baked breads from the local bakery (very nice touch)!! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint with coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and markets in close walking distance. We especially enjoyed an Americano or Latte at the Lilliput storefront, literally just steps away. Dublin city center is approximately an easy 25 min walk or short cab ride. Bus stops are close by (although we didn't use this mode of transportation personally). This Is truly a hassle free and just plain lovely accommodation. We had an amazing time in Dublin!! We operate a strict Cancellation Policy. If a cancellation occurs, we will only refund payments if/when we manage to re-sell your cancelled dates in the same rental. All cancellations incur a 10% Admin Fee. This fee is calculated as 10% of the overall value of your entire stay.

If we re-sell all your nights, we will issue a full refund of monies paid, less a 10% Admin Fee.

If we only re-sell some of your nights then we will only refund the value of the nights re-sold, less the 10% Admin Fee. The value of the nights sold is calculated using the average nightly rate of your original booking.

We do not operate a cancellation insurance scheme but we strongly recommend that all guests take out full cover.

There is a security deposit/breakages bond due of €500 which can be paid in cash or via credit card(no fee's apply) on arrival to your rental.

Your security deposit/breakages bond is refunded on your day of departure after the rental has been inspected.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
