Remodeled gourmet KITCHEN with Quartzite counters and every appliance you might need. Coffee maker and Nespresso.
HEATED large POOL with SPA soaking tub and large patios.
PATIO Dining and lounging al fresco, colorful succulents and FLOWERS add to the romance.
BATHROOMS all remodeled or updated. Fluffy towels and gorgeous views. All baths are soaking tubs- BATHROOM and POOL JETS non operational. :)
The PERFECT vacation home.

All BEDROOMS have flat screen TVs with top-tier Direct TV cable, 3 bedrooms en suite. bedroom #4 shares Primary bathroom... Three bedrooms face the vast ocean view, one a sunny garden- and ALL with wonderful high-end bed linens/mattresses. Our bed placement is: 1 King (master), 1 Queen 1 Full bed. 2 TWIN beds (next to master bath room) in 4th bedroom. Note: twin bedroom shares master bathroom.
NOT BEACHFRONT- 5-20 minute drive to a dozen different beaches. SANTA MONICA- 15 minutes MALIBU PIER 10 minutes. Hiking out our door with stunning ocean views.
*** Our pool has some Eucalyptus trees on one side, they are dry very trimmed , and we have weekly professional pool service but there are occasional leaves in the pool. The water quality is excellent however.*** Our home is built in 1995 and remodeled since then. We do not have (or need) a security system, our sliding doors lock with dowels, front door regular dead bolt. Curtain covers some family photos on wall of the family in the TV room only. Also, a few artwork by the Owner on some walls (not cluttered at all).

POOL can only be heated to 86 degrees.Turning temp up will deduct 500 from deposit. Pool heatingEquip. is made for 86 degrees max. TURN off SPA after.

Comfort

We had a fantastic week in Malibu. The home had unbelievable views of the ocean. It was very clean and well laid out! The kitchen and bath were well stocked, comfortable and efficient The outdoor space was perfect! Great pool and furniture to relax in/by…would highly recommend to others!! Thank you Kara for an awesome experience!

HEAVEN ON EARTH

February 2024 - A month in paradise could not have been more perfect. Truly the best property in Malibu we've every stayed at and plan to enjoy again next year! So beautiful. So manicured. The Love Ranch is even more gorgeous in person. Kara was amazing and available to us as needed. The pool was a perfect temp. The beds were extremely comfortable. The views beyond compare. And the property size and position made us feel alone in a perfect paradise for our annual winter getaway from CO. With Ocean View walks to enjoy just up the private drive. For 2 like us, multiple couples or a family, we could not recommend this amazing, most pristine, gorgeous, comfortable, private home with a gourmet kitchen more highly. An unforgettable, perfect and memorable vacation awaits you! Thank you Kara and Jacques for the best getaway stay ever! And thank you both for sharing with us such a special space. Unforgettable. Amazing place

Fantastic house with an optimal location! House and surroundings looks even better IRL. Super responsive and nice hostess- we will definitely come back to this house. Highly recommend for families!

Fantastic Place!

Kara was wonderful. She is very conscientious and responsive. My partner and I stayed for a week with our kids (16, 13 and 11). The house was perfect for us. It is a beautiful place with stunning views, which are accurately represented in the pictures. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked and enjoyed cooking meals in it. We can't recommend it highly enough and would stay again in a heartbeat!

AMAZING

Stayed for 8 days in july with the family ( 4 adults+ 4 kids ). We had a blast. Beautiful property, well maintained and clean. Owners replied quickly and called us when we couldn’t find things. Excellent service. Location is great, the view was the best. Morning coffee in the terrace when everyone is sleeping was so peaceful with bird’s singing. Kids loved the pool and the ping pong tables. Thank you for having us
