Sea, Sand & Surf! So, you are looking for a vacation getaway? Las Palomas is the only FOUR DIAMOND Resort in Puerto Peñasco aka Rocky Point. You and your family will love this contemporary designed 1 bedroom "Piece of Paradise" in the Topaz Building - 3rd floor. This condo is furnished with a king size bed and a sofa sleeper in living room. It offers an amazing view of the beautiful turquoise blue waters of the legendary Sea of Cortez!
This unit offers all the conveniences of home! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances. Full size washer, dryer and laundry sink in the privacy of your own condo. A 60' flat screen TV in the family room with VCR/DVD and stereo system available for your family entertainment. (You will also find a selection of board games, playing cards and a library of books for your enjoyment - removed during the pandemic. The living room sofa converts into a bed.
The bedroom offers a 42" flat screen TV.

Las Palomas offers the fastest internet on Sandy Beach. The new upgrade "fiber-to-the-home broadband", takes Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort to the next generation in connectivity for our guests. Free international phone calls can be made by simply plugging in the analog phone, which is provided in the bedroom, to the router. If you have any questions when on site, please call Customer Service at Ext. “0.”

We also are providing a 'WALL SAFE', for your convenience with an easy to use locking system!

As a guest, you are entitled to reduced rates at the Link Golf Course. Bring your own clubs or rent them at the fully equipped pro shop.
After a day at the pool and beach, enjoy dinner at the fabulous "El Citron" or La Maria Restaurants with its A la Card menu and weekend buffets! In addition. Room service is available for your convenience at anytime!

Relax under one of the palapa's on the beach or rent a catamaran, windsurfer, SUP or jet ski and have a blast in the warm ocean right in front of the resort! How about a banana boat ride or deep sea fishing for marlin? Swim with the sea lions at San Jorge island.
This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:
- At the time of reservation 100% Deposit of entire stay.
- Reservation holder must be over 25+.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.
- No changes allowed for Holiday reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy is set to relax and which differs from the Las Palomas Reservation Policy. In the event you have to cancel your reservation, simply contact owner.
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- No refund for holidays.
- For cancellation please log into your Vrbo account to initiate process

The resort sets the rates for all rental pool units and we cannot discount them. The 'rogue' renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted. So, if you find something for less, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling.

Small but sweet

Cute little place for couples retreat. Nice balcony, views and plenty amenities inside the house to get you through the weekend or more. There's a swim up bar that has decent food and drinks so no need to go anywhere else. Plus there's restaurants and all that other stuff attached to the lobby.

Puerto Experience

Beautiful setting and wonderful landscape with pools. Weather cooler than hoped so only the main pools heated and not the lazy river. The room was lovely with nice balcony. The floor may not have been swept when arrived as was with sand,debris so we ended up sweeping ourselves. Some excess noise by young people late at night during this spring break. We had trouble with fridge ice machine and staff came right away but was not fixed. We requested fix of the television but did not come to fix it.

I have been vacationing in Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point to many residents of Phoenix) for the last 16 years and absolutely LOVE it! From the people to the beaches and warm Sea of Cortez, this little Mexican fishing town has grown up and become a major vacation destination and hot spot. With fresh and delicious seafood brought in as the daily catch, you can`t help but love the variety of food to choose from and enjoy! There are so many activities available to make your vacation more fun and exciting. Go out on a wave runner or banana boat and feel the water caress you and thrill you! Take a ride on the paddle boats, catamarans a or kayak and just relax and luxuriate in the warm and clear Sea of Cortez. Jump on a ATV and explore the many dunes and hills around town.

Las Palomas was designed by Vernon Swaback and Associates, Frank Lloyd Wrights first student of architecture and is an amazing, modern and vibrant resort that I fell in love with from the moment I first saw it coming out of the beach during early construction. It offers conveniences not offered at other local properties, such as underground parking, the lazy river and swim-up bar and grille. Las Palomas has a 3 story convention center right on site and hosts many destination weddings, parties and other events with the convenience of suites right next door. Enjoy our designer inspired golf course and play while seeing the ocean waves lick the white sandy beaches.

What makes this property unique

The beach is amazing, the water so clear with colors of blue & turquoise. I like to watch the Dolphins feed close to the shore and the Pelicans hunting for fish.
Miles and miles of Sandy Beach...Reading a book under one of the Palapas...Enjoying the full service of dining and drinks, also on the beach. This is THE PLACE TO BE!
