- Full year round home with full kitchen including 2 refrigerators, microwave and washer/dryer. Also tv/vcr/dvd players in bedrooms and living spaces. Outdoor furniture. Ac in main living area and all bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout home and in all bedrooms. Renters are responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels as well as doing light housekeeping at the end of your stay. There is no phone available at this house. It is best if renter has a cell phone.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
