Luxurious, updated and well-equipped, this Gold-rated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium is at the Park City Base of Park City Mountain Resort, just a few feet from the ticket windows, PayDay Lift, ski school, rental shops and 4 other lifts!

Pamper yourself in the outdoor heated pool and fireside hot tub. Take advantage of the fitness room with lockers and towels provided.

Resort shopping and restaurants are just outside your condo. Take the adjacent free shuttle or walk to the Historic Main Street area of this authentic mining town (approximately 6 blocks), or catch the free shuttle to explore the Canyons Village base, Deer Valley resort, or Olympic Park.

Your large and bright Master bedroom (with 2 windows) has a King bed, TV, private steam shower, private safe, and balcony which looks out on Rossi Hill and the Plaza. The 2nd bedroom also features 2 windows with views of the Plaza, 2 Queen beds, TV, and full bath. A washer and dryer are right in the unit, and all linens and towels are furnished. Also, two inflatable twin air mattresses, bedding and pump are provided for additional flexibility in sleeping.

This beautifully appointed corner condo has a spacious Family Room (with pull-out sofa bed), balcony, HDTV flat screen and CD/DVD player. The fully furnished updated kitchen has alder cabinets, granite countertops, some stainless steel appliances; including microwave, ice maker, all cooking utensils, small appliances, and dishware.

Access Wi-Fi wireless internet with your laptop right from the condo. If you did not bring your laptop, or need to print boarding passes, there is a computer with Internet access and printer available free to guests in the building.

Step off the slopes for a lunch break back at the condo or for a quick change before Apre-ski. Access is so easy via the elevator or up one flight of stairs. And no car is necessary with all your needs within walking distance! If you do have a car, free garage parking and open-lot parking are available adjacent to the building.

Our two families own the condos jointly and we enjoy using them personally as well as renting them out to guests. Belinda and Tamie do all the condo management together and love assisting guests in planning their Awesome Ski In Ski Out Condos vacations. We have many repeat guests once they discover the condos' great location.

Why Tamie & Belinda chose Park City area

Location, location, location! Our condo's location at Resort Plaza at the Park City Base of Park City Mountain Resort allows guests to be skiing within a couple minutes of leaving the condo. The the ticket windows, Payday chairlift, ski school, rental shops and 4 other lifts are accessed by just stepping outside the condo!

Park City is the most easily accessed ski destination in the west. Salt Lake City airport is an easy 38 mile (40 min.) drive. With Park City Mountain Resort now the largest ski resort in the US (7300 skiable acres) and Deer Valley, another world class ski resort right in Park City (and 5 other ski resorts within an hour) your choices are many to be skiing on 'the greatest snow on earth' in no time. Utah is known for its extremely dry fluffy powder and Park City typically receives over 350" of snow a season.

Utah also offers many year round activities and is home to a large number of national parks such as Arches, The Canyonlands, Zion, Bryce Canyon, as well as others. Our condo in Park City is a wonderful hub for all UT has to offer.

Great location

This condo is in a perfect location at the base of the Park City resort. While not brand new, the furnishings were reasonably up-to-date and comfortable. And the owner -- Tamie -- was very helpful and did a nice job providing materials that oriented us to the rental and to the area.

such a wonderful place

The advantages of ski-in ski-out properties are enormous. This is yet another example. Just steps from the Payday and Crescent lift, with the gas fireplaces on the plaza even closer, this updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our 5 member family of skiers who love being close to the slopes. The condo was wonderfully equipped. The most amazing thing, however, was how quiet it was. Most other centrally located condos are really noisy at night as vacationers party or return from the bars. For whatever reason, we heard none of that, despite it being during spring break. I can hardly wait for next year's snow!

Ski in/ski out as advertised

This was our first stay in Park City. We are a family of 6, and our children are ages 4-10. We had no trouble finding the condo, checking in, or finding our way to Park City Mountain. We were truly steps away from the PCM ticket window, the rental shop at Legacy Lodge, and the Payday and Crescent lifts. On top of that, we were minutes away from the PCM public bus system hub, where we could easily catch the free city buses to Main Street, Deer Valley, and anywhere else in Park City. Owners are very responsive to questions and extremely simple to work with. We loved our stay!

Wonderful property - amazing location!

This is the perfect property and location for the perfect ski vacation. The unit location could not be an better. It is literally steps away from the Payday lift, making getting on the slopes a snap. And even better, after a long (amazing) day of skiing, getting back to the unit in minutes to put your feet up by the fire is a dream.

We loved the unit itself too. We are a family of four with two teenage boys so having two queen beds in the second bed rooms was a must. The mudroom entrance is ideal for getting in and out of gear without tracking through the unit. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and then some. It was lovely to get up each morning, turn on the coffee maker and have breakfast with the fire going before hitting the slopes.

The immediate area has everything that you need right there. We rented our skis in the same building, grabbed some takeout one night from the Baja Cantina, had an ice cream and treats from the chocolate shop, and enjoyed an apres ski hot tub.

No need to rent a car should you choose not to. We used the shuttle to ski Deer Valley and it was super convenient and easy. We used Uber to go to main St for dinners. Other than that - it was a short walk to whatever we needed.

Tammie and Belinda were incredibly helpful leading up to our stay - answering even the smallest of questions and providing tons of information to make for a great experience.

Bottom line is that if we come back to Park City (and we are already trying to figure out when that will be) we will stay in this wonderful location again for sure!!!

Comfortable, clean and in a FANTASTIC location!

My husband and I decided to take an anniversary getaway to Park City. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The bed was so comfortable and we had everything we needed - paper towels, soap, towels, etc. The steam shower is amazing - it's like a spa experience! The bus stop to downtown is only steps away. We didn't drive our car once we got there and parked because we were able to take the bus everywhere!

Thank you, Tamie! We had a wonderful time and would LOVE to stay again next time we're in Park City!
