Please Note: 5 NT MIN. during Holiday, 4 NT MIN. during Ski Season (unless fills a hole), and 2 NT MIN. during Summer (Yes, we have Air Conditioning).

Beautifully updated, GRANITE/STAINLESS KITCHEN, with TWO LARGE BEDROOMS with TWO GRANITE/SLATE FULL BATHS. Lots of storage in condo for skis, boards, helmets, coats, gloves. Light, bright Corner unit with plenty of windows. Your own WASHER & DRYER. All linens & towels are furnished. Hair dryers provided. Ceiling fans in each room.

About Tamie & Belinda

Our two families own the condos jointly and we enjoy using them personally as well as renting them out to guests. Belinda and Tamie do all the condo management together and love assisting guests in planning their Awesome Ski In Ski Out Condos vacations. We have many repeat guests once they discover the condos' great location.

Why Tamie & Belinda chose Park City

Location, location, location! Our condo's location at Resort Plaza at the Park City Base of Park City Mountain Resort allows guests to be skiing within a couple minutes of leaving the condo. The the ticket windows, Payday chairlift, ski school, rental shops and 4 other lifts are accessed by just stepping outside the condo!

Park City is the most easily accessed ski destination in the west. Salt Lake City airport is an easy 38 mile (40 min.) drive. With Park City Mountain Resort now the largest ski resort in the US (7300 skiable acres) and Deer Valley, another world class ski resort right in Park City (and 5 other ski resorts within an hour) your choices are many to be skiing on 'the greatest snow on earth' in no time. Utah is known for its extremely dry fluffy powder and Park City typically receives over 350" of snow a season.

Utah also offers many year round activities and is home to a large number of national parks such as Arches, The Canyonlands, Zion, Bryce Canyon, as well as others. Our condo in Park City is a wonderful hub for all UT has to offer.

Great location!!!

Nice place & great location for my family of four. We could literally walk out of our building about 200 yards or so and we were at the Payday lift. We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice kitchen with lots of amenities! The only thing that could have made it better was the master bedroom bed. It was a bit soft for me. I have been having some back issues and tend to do much better with a firmer, more supportive bed. Overall a great place!

Incredible ski-in ski-out property! Convenient! Washer/dryer in unit.

Our family of 5, loved this unit. The amenities in the kitchen were great for cooking. The crockpot allowed us to throw in meat in the morning and have it ready when we came off the mountain in the afternoon. We were also close to restaurants on Main Street. The washer and dryer in the unit allowed us to throw in a load of our ski stuff mid-week. The parking garage was convenient as well. We will return to this property next Spring Break. The check-in process was easy and communication from Tammie and Belinda was great! Thank you for an awesome week!

Graet Location needs a little work

This unit is in a great location with incredibly easy and convenient access to lifts, stores, restaurants. I'd have given it a 5 but there are some little things that need attention like glass shower door that is out alinement where it is glass on glass, toilet you need to hold the handle down until it flushes and bathroom sink that does not drain well, all thing that could be fixed rather easily. When you pay the kind of money you do to be in such a great location, you should not have to deal with these kinds of issues. Owners were easy to work with. I would rent this unit again but ask that these items be fixed.

Very convenient.

Very convenient to the ski slopes. Public transportation very, very close and well run and on time. condo was well kept. Lavatory sink was almost plugged and needed attention. Very nice property.

We have on-site maintenance available to promptly address any issues if a guest just lets us or the Office know. We provide those numbers in the condo and in the advance materials we send to guests. Unfortunately,VRBO does not pass along reviews to us for more than 2 weeks so issues only mentioned there cannot get prompt attention and might be missed before the next guest arrives. We hope you are able to come back for another stay and if you have any issues please let us know while you are there so we have an opportunity to correct it.

Great location!

You can't beat the location. Easy walk to the main lifts and bus system. We had a car but the bus stop was so close and easy, we used it. The condo itself was roomy and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The washer/dryer inside the unit made bringing less so easy. There were charging strips in each of the rooms leaving no shortage of places to charge all of our devices. The unit had 2 Queen beds in the kids room. Cut down on the fighting! There was also plenty of storage space in the unit. Ski clothing takes up so much room. The owners were super helpful and sent us a packet within information we might need for ski rentals and dinner reservations. We would stay in the unit again.
