Three bedroom with one and a half bath located on Smith Mountain Lake. Nice living room facing lake with deck for relaxing and watching beautiful sunsets. Full size kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite breakfast, lunch or dinner. Spacious dining area and bar seating for the whole family. Half bath down stairs and full bath upstairs along with all bedrooms. Third bedroom is a unique loft added in 2013. Very appropriate for the children or adults. Master bedroom is very large and has a nice view of the mountains. Come stay in our beautiful updated condominium and see for yourself how easy it is to relax on lake time. There is no other time like it.

Our location is convenient to the. State Park where guests can take in all that nature and being outdoors will offer including hiking, fishing, bicycling, trail walking, photography enthusiast, picnics, and shelter rental for special events and family gatherings. Parkway Marina is .3 tenths of a mile from our door where guests can rent watercraft, purchase marine supplies, gas and snack foods. Parkway Marina is the host of the popular SML Annual Fourth of July fireworks easily seen from our balcony. Guests are required to bring all bed linens and bath, face and hand towels for your stay.

Perfect location. Home very clean and beautifully decorated.

Be prepared to carry luggage and groceries up a flight of stairs. But well worth it. Also, great view of lake. Osprey nest was fun to watch from balcony. Note, in order to get full lake experience, will need to have access to a boat as lake is hard to see from shore, parks and beaches.

ALL IT NEEDS IS WIFI....

The property was very clean and it has a great view. I would rent this condo again if it had wifi. I was the only person that stayed the night because my daughter needs wifi to stay in touch with her job.I knew She wanted a place that was pet friendly, but i didn't think about wifi which was my fault. I saw a few ants around the bar in the kitchen which a can of Raid would fix.

Another Great time at SML

This was our third visit to SML but fist time at this condo. The condo kitchen and living area have recently been updated with new flooring cabinets, appliances, etc. Easy access to the water and marina. Lea was great to deal with. We hope to come back again soon.

Amazing Location

This is our second visit to this property. We love how quite it was. It would have been five stars however, it was construction being completed and the light was out going up and down the stairs which made it difficult at night. Overall, a very positive experience.

Wonderful Condominium Under Construction Marina Front

Lea's place is wonderful and well designed. The deck, living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first level; the rooms are on the second level. One of the rooms is above the living room and a cute little banister allows one to peek into the living room downstairs giving a whole different feel to the conventional four walls and one door room. The master bedroom is large but rather dull in its furnishings adorned as it were with heavy wooden furniture against a sky blue backdrop. In short, there is not much color. The deck is narrow but still was a great place to chill out.

All in, it was a pleasant and comfortable place, with blankets available to cozy in into the large available couches and sofa. And a fine dining table to foster interaction.

The marina-front remains under construction so the front is not much to shout about but the farther front where the lake slides away gently holds its own as a lakeside view.

Will certainly recommend Lea's place.

Very Clean!

We loved the Condo. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Nice high Adirondack chairs & high table make for a great sunset on the deck. Location is good with deep water access, boat ramp & marina (under renovation Aug 2017). kitchen is well stocked, complete with freshly seasoned cast iron skillet. Was pleasantly surprised to find all needed dishes and utensils, including a cheese grater. Kids enjoyed the pool, neighbors are friendly.

We loved the interior decor, very nice paintings. We LOVE SML - be back soon.

Guests are required to bring all linens for your stay including QUEEN sheets for two beds, twin sheets for two beds, bath,face and hand towels; This property has a 30 day cancellation policy in order to recieve a full refund of all fees paid for the reservation.
