Bring your boats, trailers, off-road vehicles, there is plenty of space for all. ATVs can be ridden right off the back of the property onto the surrounding trails. Watch the sunset on the large covered deck as it falls across the Vermillion Cliffs. Let the kids play in the huge backyard grassy area. Inside you'll find plenty to do with the large open concept great room with fully stocked kitchen, seating for 12+ at the dining and bar area, and large 60" flat screen TV. The downstairs has an oversized projector screen for great movie-watching and a game area set up with ping pong and game table. This home has 1 King Bed, 5 Queen Beds and 2 extra sleeper sofas. All the furniture is new and comfortable for winding down after a long day playing outdoors. There are two ACs to keep you cool as well as a two-sided gas fireplace for extra heat and ambience in the winter. Property is fully fenced with a separate dog area with access into the corner of the garage for those hot days for your pet. Sorry, pets are not allowed inside the home, but the dog area is available. This property is truly amazing!

We have lived in Page for 37 years. We have owned and operated a local favorite burger place called RD's Drive. After selling the business to our son, we decided we didn't want to fully retire and got into the vacation rental business with one of our daughters (we have 6!) and her husband. We had 8 people and sleep comfortably. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living space. We enjoyed the beautiful patio view over a cup of coffee every morning and spent the evenings enjoying the outdoor fire place.
Only a couple miles to town. Also very close to horseshoe bend, antelope canyons, and lake Powell!

Even the Teenagers Were Impressed!
Our group of travelers throughout our national parks, monuments and key places to visit throughout Utah had us including Page, AZ. “The Page” house as we fondly coined the home, was the only stop where we stayed multiple nights during this rigorous road trip. Overall, the home is impressive and has adequate space and comforts needed to rest, relax, hangout, play and overall act as a hub check in point for us. The home was clean and had all we needed. Of course, if we had more “free” time, we may have found something missing but for our purposes all was great. The owners were responsive to both online questions, requests and by text when we ran into some “needs”.
A couple things that I felt lacking: home notes capacity for 14 but there aren’t enough towels, there is no soap for bathing (we’ve rented many homes in other locations and they all have similar hotel amenities in this regard), I bring little bars of soap in case so it turned out fine. The bbq didn’t have enough propane and our steaks needed to be completed in the oven. We also ran low on TP, garbage bags but Tony came once we notified him and he came to replenish. He felt awful about the bbq and offered to fill it up right away but we said not to worry as we’d already redirected the meat into the over and had already eaten.
Overall, we would stay there again. It is a wonderful home and we loved the main floor for gathering as a unit, kids and adults, there was plenty of seating and it wasn’t cramped. Thank you for sharing your home! We hope to be back and visit as we enjoyed the area and could see ourselves with plenty to do for more than the 3 days we were there.

This is a very nice large house, great for big group of people. The house is well equiped and clean. Centrally located with short trip to nearby attractions and markets. We enjoyed staying at this house and would definately book it again if we come back to visit Page again.
Best house and host in VRBO Page AZ
We were in town to participate in Antelope valley Ultra marathon. There was 8 of us and this house had more than enough space and sleeping area than we needed. It is located within 8-10 minutes of all the must see spots in the area. They call this house Desert view...and wow, we were all in awe when we woke up on our first morning with the panoramic view from the living room and porch. The house is furnished with everthing you need.... but the best part of our stay is how helpful and accomodating the owners Tony and Dawnell was, from late arrival check in to their responsiveness to our question. Thank you for sharing your home with us...there is already a talk in our group of coming back next year and we sure hope to stay here again. Until next time.

Home is located on the edge of the city of Page where there are unobstructed views of the Vermillion Cliffs and desert area. Horseshoe Bend is literally only 3 miles down the road! Also find immediate access to off-road trails from the property. Bring your ATVs! Horseback riding is also popular in the area. Because it is not in the city center, enjoy the nighttime star gazing in the fabulous AZ sky!
Additional information about rental rates
Maximum number of persons is 14. Additional children allowed but an extra charge will be applied $20/person per day over the 14 Max. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Security/damage deposit is fully refundable if property is left undamaged and relatively clean. Excessive cleaning charges will apply and will be taken from the security deposit. The damage/security deposit will be returned within 7-10 days after checkout. Monthly rates may vary. Contact owner for details.
