Perfect location for adventure!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location was great, we were really able to enjoy the mountain resort which this property is nestled into. The public transportation is so efficient and easy to use. The condo was clean, spacious (for a 1 bedroom) and plenty of room for my family of 5 to sleep. The only confusing part was check in during the summer, we had to pick up an envelope, then go to another property to complete check-in, but really it was okay. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner's of the condo were very helpful beforehand in sending us information. Would definitely stay here again!
Very spacious and clean condo.
Great location for Ski-in/Ski-out
Condo was as described and is situated right at the base of Payday & Crescent Lifts for easy in/out access. There are shops, restaurants, pubs, rentals, city bus stop, etc, all located within steps of the condo. Everything was in working order. Tamie & Belinda were always accessible, communicated well, and provided great instructions prior to our arrival.
Great to be able to get up and walk right out to the breakfast/the lift, etc. Was also great to ski down change before apes without taking any time. Was by myself and didn't cook anything but kitchen seemed well stocked with utensils, etc. Only complaint was not about the condo itself, but when it snowed overnight (yeah!) there was no way to sleep through the noise of the plows coming through at 6:00 a.m. to clear the plaza and sidewalks.
Hi Howard, thank you for taking the time to review us and for the good review. So happy you enjoyed your stay and the snow (it was a near record snowfall season this year!) So sorry the snow clearing was bothersome. For future stays, please know we have made arrangements through the management company and Vail to have Plaza snow clearing begin later and with smaller/quieter equipment for the upcoming season since it is just the small area between the two buildings that needs cleared. We hope this will make powder days even more enjoyable for guests. :)
Perfect location and perfect condo.
I stayed here, with a friend, in mid-February, for 5 days. We had a fantastic time skiing, shopping, and dining...taking in all that Park City has to offer.
The condo is in the PERFECT location to ski Park City, as it sits at the base of the main lodge and 3 lifts. We rented skis across the plaza, and were able to get from the condo to the slopes in under 5 minutes. Getting to Main St, was a bit more time consuming, but with the PC bus system, it was free and simple.
We didn’t cook much, but the condo’s kitchen was well outfitted, should you choose to. There were plenty of dishes, glassware, cutlery, and pots and pans. The kitchen also had a few spices, and some basic, non-perishable cooking supplies that previous tenants had left behind. In addition, there was dish soap, paper towels, trash bags...everything you need, and don’t expect in a rental.
The bathroom was divided to allow privacy between the sink area and the tub/toilet area, which made it easy to coordinate and share the spaces. The in-unit laundry was very convenient, especially since it came with detergent.
The master bedroom was HUGE, with a comfy king sized bed, loads of storage, and a gas fireplace. The living room was also a good size. We kept the Murphy Bed down for our entire stay, and still had plenty of space to relax and watch tv. We enjoyed the DVD and game collection.
The parking and hot tub were in a different building. I was aware of this when I booked, and a bit disappointed. But, I can confirm, they were only steps away. It was not an inconvenience, at all.
Overall, I can’t think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations. The staff at check-in were very friendly, and the condo was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. My thanks to Tammie and Belinda for their excellent and helpful communications, and for providing such a great property.
Clean, well taken care of condo. Extremely easy to get to ski rental and lifts from here. In fact, it is as close as you can get, right in Park City Mountain Resort. You don't even need to hit one set of steps! Washer/Dryer in unit, kitchen and bath are updated. Even the laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided.
The only somewhat negative is that the gas fireplace only puts out a tiny bit of warmth, more decorative than anything else. There were two other heating units, that can be set independently, so staying warm was not a problem.
