The Villa is spacious air-conditioned one-bedroom with tile floors throughout. Full wall glass windows and doors are the only things that separate the living and dining areas from the pool deck and the private swimming pool. Opening the drapes provides stunning beach, lagoon and ocean views. Opening the doors provides a sea breeze. The kitchen is supplied with drinkable water. It has granite counter tops and includes a refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, tea-coffee maker. China glassware for the dining room, and plastic glassware for the pool area, are provided. The living room is provided with sofa, television and internet access.

The bedroom has king size bed, air conditioning and a clothes dresser. The closet has a safety deposit box and full length mirror doors. There are opaque glass doors between the bedroom and both the living room and the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. There is also a separate large tub with a roof skylight over the tub, giving the bathroom a secluded but natural feeling. The bathroom walls are natural stone and the sink counter top is granite adding to the outdoors feel.

A private infinity swimming pool is available immediately in front of the Villa. The deck between the Villa and the pool is provided with a dining table and chairs, as well a lounge chairs. This is the perfect spot to relax, feel the sea breeze, listen to the sound of the ocean and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Andaman Sea. During high tide, the beach is great for swimming.
