Map
Tennis courts are just outside our door! Three pools to choose from with bbq kitchen, restrooms and shower. Great walking path and trail from Kapalua Bay to Oneloa Bay!! The Kapalua Adventure Center offers ziplines, challenge course, rock climbing and more. The snorkeling in Kapalua Bay is easy for young children, and fun for adults, too! Beach dives are easy from Kapalua Bay. Oneloa Bay isn't for snorkeling, but really good for body surfing or board and kite surfing. Wind makes the surfing here really good! The water is more shallow than you think, so it's fun to ride waves or just play in the waves!

We came to Maui over 30 years ago on our honeymoon and knew this would be the place to call home. We've been on all of the islands and love Maui best, especially in Kapalua. Lisa is a Certified Hawaii Destination Specialist and has been in the tourism industry for 20+ years. If our condo isn't available, Lisa will assist to find you another one. Peter loves to golf, especially in Kapalua!! Snorkeling and SCUBA diving are hobbies we both enjoy.
Lisa and Peter Gannon purchased this condo in 2002
Why Lisa and Peter Gannon chose Kapalua
Kapalua is a World Class vacation Destination Resort Community. Known primarily for the Championship golf courses, it also offers an ambiance not found anywhere else on the island. Being able to walk to various beaches is a huge attraction. The Kapalua Bay Villas are an ocean front property with fantastic views in all directions! It is closest to Kapalua Bay, but doesn't have the congestion some beach areas on the island have.
What makes this condo unique
'Kapalua Sunset' is located in a building that makes the lanai protected from the wind. You can eat every meal on the lanai...this is VERY unique to our condo. With the view of Molokai across the channel and large, green lawn...this is paradise! The Coastal Trail along Kapalua Bay and boardwalk along Oneloa Bay (aka 'Ironwoods Beach') are wonderful. Each day there's something else to see while walking the trails...whale watching is wonderful! The trail system makes it easy to get from one beach to another. The walking trails on what used to be the Village Golf Course are great, too, for exercise as well as seeing beautiful vistas in the area. The complimentary Kapalua Shuttle makes it very easy to get around the Resort. It picks up at the condo and transports anywhere within Kapalua...this is great for eating out, golfing and getting to the beaches. 'Kapalua Sunset' is unique in itself in that we collected the books, artwork, etc. over 30+ years. Our personalities and love for the area is shown in the decor...unlike a hotel-style condo that looks the same as the next one. Spending time at our villa and maintaining it throughout the year provides our guests with the comfort of knowing 'real' people care about their vacation experience. We have pride in ownership, and believe it shows. Mahalo for choosing "Kapalua Sunset" as your vacation home. We hope you enjoy it and join the "ohana" who return to their vacation home at "Kapalua Sunset". Best regards and Cheers to Great Vacations! Lisa & Peter Gannon
