About this property

B&B Night Hawk Rm enjoy a true western experience with a sophisticated ambiance

Join us in watching incredible sunsets on the farmhouse porch while Red Tail Hawks circle above the prairie, take part in the new west. The Night Hawk Room is on the second floor of the Inn which is a renovated 1894 Farmhouse. We are located on the North Fork of the Cache La Poudre River Valley. Fly fishing is available out the back door. There are many areas to enjoy during your stay, a beautiful front porch, The TR room with a Pool Table, enjoy a wood fired sauna in the bunk house, or sit around a camp fire on our historic iron bridge. We are a working Scottish Highland Cattle Ranch, with horses, chickens, our two pet working dogs and of course our Cattle which are all named after Whiskeys.

Peaceful getaway
My husband & I absolutely loved our time at Whiskey Belle Ranch B&B!!! The setting is breathtaking and serene & the accommodations are gorgeous and perfectly furnished, with an upscale western flair. In addition, our hosts, Allana & Bob, did everything possible to pamper us and make us feel extra special! Glen & Sharon Eads, Virginia

Stunning Ranch, Delicious Food
We were greeted with hugs from Alanna & Bob upon arrival. Some of the most welcoming hosts we've stayed with...enjoyed good conversation with, got a tour of the ranch, and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We especially enjoyed: the wine and cheese cocktail hour, Sunday mimosas, wood-burning sauna, a covered front porch to read on and take in the AMAZING views, meeting their sweet dogs, cows, chickens, and horses, and being in a home so beautifully decorated. There are so many tiny details that made our stay even better: the chocolates on the beds, natural soaps and bath products in the bathroom, fresh herbs from the garden in our breakfast, and the best blueberry scones I've ever had. Alanna sure knows how to cook! You won't be disappointed in staying here. Instant relaxation in the quiet country, yet 20 minutes from Fort Collins. We'll be back!

One of a kind superb experience!
We were blown away by the hospitality of the hosts, the beauty of the land, the tastiness of the food, and the well-maintained property! Using the farmhouse as our base for hiking and mountain biking, we truly enjoyed our weekend at Whiskey Belle Ranch. Touring the farm, relaxing by a fire, and sipping wine on the porch rounded out our ranch experience. Thanks for the memories!

Peaceful, Relaxing, and Fun Getaway!
Fantastic time relaxing and enjoying nature on this beautiful ranch! My husband and I needed a weekend to get away. We felt welcome from the first moment we arrived at this beautiful house, modern yet very western. Our bedroom had a beautiful view, a very comfortable bed, and an extra room adjacent for our enjoyment. My favorite part was enjoying all of the animals on the ranch (cows, chickens, horses) and collecting fresh eggs. Besides the animals, we had a great time playing pool, reading by the fire, and drinking wine on the porch. Alanna's cooking was delicious and Bob's barbecuing on the bridge was a highlight! There is a very nice sauna too! Thank you, Bob and Alanna, for making our stay one we will never forget. We will definitely be returning!

Bob and I have a Working Highland Cattle Ranch at Whiskey Belle Ranch. I stay busy with my flock of chickens and organic garden which keeps my B&B guests happy and healthy at breakfasts. Bob is a retired Architect and I continue to work a couple days a week as a Biofeedback Specialist. When we have time for a bit of fun, you'll see us on our horses TR & Sundance.

Why they chose this property

Bob, the retired architect was also a cowboy for most of his working career. He only got to enjoy the Ranch life on weekends. When we were looking for a place to settle down and retire, we found this little ranch which offered us a chance to pursue our dreams of living in the country with our horses and dogs. It also gave us both a huge challenge of remodeling almost every portion of the house and the outbuildings to meet our refined tastes and maintain the historic integrity of this old four square house.

What makes this property unique

Our Ranch house was fully renovated from a dilapidated condition to its now professionally designed rustic elegance. It includes three bedrooms with private baths, a sitting area known as the Teddy Roosevelt Room, and a dining room. The kitchen and laundry are private areas for the owners. A new large covered front porch provides shelter from the summer sun and spectacular views of snow capped Comanche Peak. The best part of the day is enjoying cocktails while surrounded by the vibrant colorful sunsets.
