Escape the mundane and take a walk at the beach! Located in the Heart of the VIBE Arts and Creative District, less than one minute walk from Esoteric and Commune restuarants. Less than five minute walk to beach/boardwalk!

Rental sheets will be provided AT NO COST by owner from a third party, however beach towels should be brought with you (linens and shower towels provided, NOT beach towels). Instructions on linens upon departure will be provided. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc.)!

Beach Cruisers are available for use during your stay, as well as beach chairs and beach toys. There are two grills, one propane and one charcoal. A large outdoor patio on the ground level is perfect cookouts and the second story balcony is the ideal place for sunbathing.

There is ample off-street parking able to accommodate up to 6 small cars and four large cars.

This home is located just three blocks from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. With four bedrooms, three full baths and couch bed this home comfortably sleeps 10 (12 with a blow up mattress, provided by owner). Four queen beds and one queen pull out couch downstairs. Each room has flat screen cable television and wireless internet. Downstairs has hardwood floors in the dining area and tile in the kitchen and living area. Two sofas and large flat screen television make the ideal area for relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach!

Washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. This room also serves the downstairs full bath, as well as the bicycle garage.

This property is ideal for a family getaway, couples retreat or girl’s week at the beach. We look forward having you!

We will always do our best to accomodate early arrivals and late checkouts. However, checkout is 11am and check in is at 4p. Our cleaning and maintainence crew has 5 hours to get the house in order for your stay. If you want early access before 4p there may be an early arrival free, depending on how early you want to access the home. Access before noon will have a half day rate based on your booked daily rate. This fee is payable prior to access. Late checkout will only be available if no guests arrive the same day you're scheduled to leave. Regardless, the property must be vacated before 5p or the prevailing nightly rate will be imposed.

Communicatin is key with respect to early arrivals and late checkouts. Showing up the day of checkin and expecting access early is unfair to our cleaning and maintainence crew. As such, we reserve the right to deny access based on the stated checkin/checkout times. Respect these rules so you enjoy your beach vacation!

FALSE CLAIMS: Any unexpected issues found with the property (bugs, missed cleaning, etc) must be disclosed to Host & will be addressed immediately to the Guest's satisfaction. If a professional diagnosis is deemed necessary by the owners after discussing the situation with the guest, a professional will be sent to the property with guest's approval. If the professional finds evidence to substantiate the claim by the guest, the owners will have the professional rectify the situation immediately and the owners will be responsible for all associated costs. If the professional finds no evidence to substantiate the claim by the guest, the guest will be charged for the professional's services and any other resulting loss. We do not tolerate scams, don't try.
