I wish my stay was permanent!

I had very high expectations of this place from reading all of the reviews, and I wasn't disappointed for one second! Lorraine is very sweet and accommodating! My stay was so enjoyable I wish I can move in and pay rent instead of renting this place out! Everything from the tile, to the furniture, to the decor, to the shower curtain, I was really impressed with how well maintained it is and how much it made me feel like home in Maui. I look forward in renting your wonderful and beautiful home again!

Great Location, Great Price

This is my second time at this property and I will return again. It's location is in a safe neighborhood and with it's proximity to 215 you can be anywhere in town in minutes. I was in town for a ski trip and there is plenty of room here to stow all of your ski accessories. There is a full sized well equipped kitchen for meal preparation or if dining out is your choice there are a wide variety of restaurants close by. If cooking in is your choice there are many spices, oils, etc already waiting in the cupboards. The laundry closet is located in the kitchen area and features full sized appliances. The living area is spacious and decorated nicely.

A big screen TV, DVD, and and many movies are waiting for your enjoyment. WiFi is included and was always up and running during my stay. The bedroom is big enough and the mattress is very comfortable. Although the hosts live upstairs this is a very quiet place to stay. All this and very clean too. There is a private parking space just outside of the door. If a one bedroom apartment is big enough for your party it will be hard to find a better value than this property!

The Miles have a perfect getaway for SLC!

My GF and I felt at home immediately as we unpacked for the week after Christmas.

Plenty big enough for the two of us! This could definitely accommodate more people if you are willing to share one bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with any pots/pans and other accessories you will need....the water for the shower can get boiling hot if you need it to be! Honestly there’s nothing bad we can say about this place.

Things we really enjoyed:

1. Easy to get in/out and close to the freeway

2. Located within 10-15 minutes to any good food or shopping

3. Only 30 minutes to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird

4. Comfy living room area-we spent some great downtime cozying up on the couch watching TV or playing cards.

5. The washer/dryer is awesome to have! Especially if you are hitting the slopes multiple days

6. The hosts Lorraine and Doug are very responsive and nice as well

If we could give this location more than 5 stars we would. Definitely will book again!

This property is great. Convenient, cozy, well kept, clean and comfortable. Lorraine and Doug are great hosts. I plan to recommend this place to family and friends visiting SLC.

Excellent, quiet, clean place to stay

We were so very pleased with our stay at this VRBO--Excellent location to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the freeway when needed. (only 6 minutes away from our family--bonus)

Very clean and spacious, with all the amenities needed, plus extras in the cupboards. Nice large windows for being a basement suite. VERY COMFORTABLE. We felt so much at home. Thank you for offering this for our use, we would DEFINITELY stay there again. LaRae & Murray McKinnon --Canada
