About the property

3 bedroom oceanfront apartment.

With front and back patios you will have unparalleled views of the beach on the front and the salt-marsh on the back. Fully kitchen equipped with range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, there is one half bath (toilet and lavatory/vanity) and another half bath (large tiled shower with skylight).

Within the apartment we also offer a washer & dryer combination unit.

Located onsite you have 2 assigned parking spaces, additional parking available (for a fee).

We also offer a gas grill onsite.

This is a 2nd floor walk-up; there are 2 flights of stairs (each of 14 steps) one flight from ground level to entry hall then 2nd flight up to main living area for a total of 28 steps

If you wish to include housekeeping please inquire, available through our sister property, the Marguerite Motel located at the center of all beach activities.

PS: Because so many inquiries have asked which condo property we are located in we added the following. As far as the apartment is concerned it is not located within a condo complex, it is within a large single residence that has had many roles in its history.

Back in the mid 1970's my parents acquired the property and converted it back into a single family residence. We needed the space since we were a family of 7 with a large extended family that would visit often... who would want stay with family when they had a nice place at the beach.

When my youngest brother moved on my folks converted the family home into a B&B with 6 guest rooms on the top floor, it ceased operating as a B&B in the mid 1990's. As my folks approached retirement age I took over the property in 1998 and converted it back into the home where I raised my family. Once the children moved on in life the top floor was converted into a spacious 3 bedroom apartment.

Why Michael Roy chose Seacoast New Hampshire

Quiet family neighborhood, not part of the large impersonal; conch complexes.

Great Family Location

We had two families each with two kids and the apartment had tons of room. The beds were comfortable and the two decks were an added bonus.

The location is just at the end of the first main beach and all the family activities. We spent a lot of time at the North beach to go surfing and the location was a perfect spot between the both.

Check-in and check-out was very easy and as a guest, you get access to the Margeurite Motel swimming pool, which we used more than once.

I would recommend and stay at this location again in the future.

Nice vacation spot

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. It would have been nice to have screens in the windows (especially the door to the front deck) to allow the breeze to flow through without letting in bugs, but his was not a huge issue. My teenagers enjoyed all the activity of Hampton Beach and we liked that it was close enough for them to explore on their own. Great vacation!

The rental home was large and clean. Just as shown on Home Away. we enjoyed our stay

The house was large and all 6 of us enjoyed our mini vacation. All of the beds were very comfortable. 2 bathrooms were nice to have for our large group. Having a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer was a plus. It was nice to sit on the front deck to watch the fireworks. Off street parking was great. Very quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the beach and did some shopping and played games at the arcades. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Location, location, location - great 3 bedroom apartment above an older home.

Great apartment - loved the sloped ceilings and the hallway cedar shower with a skylight. Three female friends shared a great 5 days. Sightseeing midmorning til late afternoon. Great place to start our day with breakfast and coffee then return to relax before dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the view and sound of the ocean. Balconies are great and would have used more but rain followed us from Oregon. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. Appreciated the strong wifi signal. Thank you for a great mini vacation!

Comfortable, fun and convenient

It was a wonderful stay. The location could not have been better. There was a convenient store only a few minutes away. We spent so much time on the beach. The unit was spacious and clean. Six of us were very comfortable. Michael was great!

all was even better than the pictures very clean and nice we had everthing we needed right there.

We had a great time although some of my kids and grand children didn't make it there but we still had fun

the views were great as well as the weather. The vacation was a five star for sure

Located at Hampton Beach, directly across the street from the ocean and approx. 250 yards to beach access. The center of all beach activities are just a 1/2 of a mile walk away. FREE parking also available at beach center (one-block to the beach, 3 block to Seashell Stage) at our sister property, the Marguerite Motel. The house is located in a quite residential/family friendly neighborhood near the Boar's Head district. Conveniently located on US 1A, just 4 miles from US I-95, exit #2 in NH, Take NH 101 east to Ocean Blvd (US 1A), turn left and go north about 1/4 mile. Parking for 2 cars (assigned spaces) is provided onsite, when visiting the center of the beach we also offer 1 parking space at our other location (112 Ashworth Avenue, Hampton, NH).

Additional fees may apply for larger groups, please inquire for details, when you enter a party of greater than 6 inform us if any are children and we will adjust any additional fees if there 7th & 8th person in your party are children under 16.

As far as he "Damage Protection" is concerned you may opt out of the $99 insurance (nonrefundable) by submitting a $500 cleaning/damage deposit (refundable). You will be required to select one or the other, the choice is yours.

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
