About this property

Hermosa's layout is perfect for families of 8 or less. Adults can stay in either the king or queen first floor bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kids can "camp" upstairs in either a bunk or twin bedroom that share a bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower for post beach clean up!

The kitchen is outfitted for entertaining and has its own entrance to the front porch which faces Baxter Rd and the Atlantic Ocean. The yard is expansive and there is plenty of privacy.

The living room is great for entertaining or just hanging out with the family. There is a bluestone patio in back, which is perfect for enjoying the end of the day sunlight and infamous Sconset sunsets as well as a gas grill. There is a laundry room and a garage.

PLEASE NOTE: Renter must be at least 30 years of age. Lease is not transferrable. No gatherings (parties) of more than 12 people allowed.

Beautiful Sconset Escape!

Beautiful home with lovely grounds. Has everything you need for your time away from home (cookware, cutlery, etc) Appreciated the more kid friendly rooms being set off from the living room. Even though it was the "off-season," it felt like the perfect time to enjoy the island without the hubbub. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful home in fantastic location

Our family of four had a delightful Memorial Day weekend at Hermosa. This home is warm, well-equipped, and comfortable -- not to mention the VIEWS! We look forward to returning.

Wonderful House, Great Location

Great location on the North Bluff in Sconset. It is a short walk to the village center, the Sconset beach, and some of the best restaurants on Nantucket. High ceiling and open space in the living room can hold a crowd, without feeling crowded. The house is recently renovated, including the furnishings, which are attractive and comfortable. Great place for a family to relax and enjoy a vacation on Nantucket.
