About this property

Welcome to Forest Ridge in Lincoln, NH! Enjoy this updated 3-level unit in one of the area's most well-maintained and sought after resort communities. This spacious unit features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an updated kitchen.

The open-concept main floor has a living and dining area off of the fully-appointed kitchen, complete with honed granite countertops and Bosch appliances. Step through the sliding doors onto the back deck to enjoy views of South Mountain while you grill or enjoy your morning coffee. A large master suite (king size bed) with a private, en suite bathroom is also on the first level. An additional half bath off the living area, and pantry with washer/dryer completes the main level. When you are not enjoying your time outside, you can cool off inside with A/C (unit is on main level).

Upstairs is a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and nearby full bath. Enjoy movies and games in the open loft space which features a 42" flat screen TV, a WiFi-enabled DVD player and surround sound.

Downstairs there is another large family room with a 42" flat screen TV and DVD player. There is plenty of seating and room to have fun. Board games, puzzles and a Wii gaming system are available for your use. There are two additional bedrooms, which feature 5 twin beds collectively. A full bath is also located downstairs.

This unit is WiFi-enabled and internet access is complimentary. The unit is a short walk to Forest Ridge's onsite Sports Club and tennis courts. The Sports Clubs has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and steam room.

An adventure

We love the layout of the condo . I especially liked the upstairs loft where I could spread out . There were a few issues with a couple of things weren’t working but the owner was very responsive and getting someone over to get them fixed. some things could not get fixed in the time period that we were there but with a shortage of repairman these days it was virtually impossible and beyond the owners control it’s understandable sometimes things break you don’t plan it but it happens . overall we were very pleased with the condo and we plan on trying to stay there again next year

Nice place but a little tired

Lots of room. Kitchen and towel supplies limited. Had to go out and buy coffee cups,hand towels. and face cloths. Just four cups for coffee and there are six adults. Not enough large towels. We used our own beach towels after showering. The unit is very roomy. Deck could use better chairs.

Very Nice

The condo met all of our expectations. Plenty of room for two families of four. Close to hiking, restaurants, Loon, gorges, shopping. Nice indoor/outdoor pool, exercise area at the clubhouse which was only a five minute walk from the condo. Beautiful view of Loon mountain. We would definitely stay here again.
