Photos and Description of this Cornville holiday cottage

Cottage, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Baths, 4 Sleeps

Your cottage is located on Winery Row in Page Springs, Arizona, fifteen minutes from the statuesque red rock formations of Sedona. Over a half mile of private, pristine nature trails wind along beautiful Oak Creek, taking you back a thousand years in time. Bald eagles, fish eagles, deer, giant blue herons, foxes, beavers, otters, ring-tailed cats, javelina, mallards, large mouth black bass, bluegill, and trout are but a handful of your neighbors.

Our property is popular for bird watching as well; members of the Audubon Society often visit to observe the incredible bird life. We also have another cottage (Quaint Getaway) which is on the same lovely property. If Piece of Heaven is reserved, please inquire about Quaint.

In addition the Mason Creek and Page Spring wind through your private paradise! Come enjoy this peaceful, serene retreat away from life’s tension and worries. As a pet friendly property, your four legged friends will also find lot's to explore!

Your cottage is very rustic, yet high tech and elegant. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room has a convertible sofa. The decor includes original oil paintings, bronzes and pottery.

All our photos are taken on the property. We encourage you to spend time fishing, swimming, hiking and enjoying romantic evenings, Several guests have enjoyed their visit so much that they came back over and over. Last minute booking specials available.

Tranquil Place Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

Wonderful getaway. Very cozy and romantic. Had a great time sitting by the fire and grilling dinner. Was nice to chat with the owners. Loved the turkeys and chickens that roamed the property. Walking along the river was so quiet and peaceful. Sunsets were amazing. Definitely will return!

Owner's Response: We enjoy our guests and we look forward to seeing them as many times as they want to come. Guests enjoy it here in every season, but when May comes, so does the organic fruit in our orchard and guests enjoy as much as they like as part of their stay. The bird life is also in full swing. We are in an Audubon important bird area and have many unusual species make their way through. Nowadays we also are home to a Peacock named Cleopatra who enjoys viewing herself in every reflective surface she can find, and also a posse of chickens featuring a white rooster named Marilyn Monroe...(we thought he was a chicken when we got him) The guests get a real kick out of them, they are such little characters. And of course, there is the indigenous wild life, beaver, otter, bald eagles etc. We are blessed and privileged to be able to share our little piece of heaven with others. Chris and Jacquie Robinson

There Is Something So Amazing About This Place!

  • 5 of 5

I HAVE BEEN DYING TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!!! I have read many other reviews about this place and although almost all of them are appropriately five star, they just don’t seem to do this place justice! I would like to rate this place as many stars as I see in the sky when I come back to one of their cabins late at night, amazing! Chris will probably show you around your cabin and when you meet Chris, if you don’t immediately know him, take that as a sign of youth, but understand, that someone in your family, more likely than not does! Regardless of who they are, you will find that Chris and Jacquie are two of the most down to earth people you will ever meet and they intentionally live their lives that way, which is so beautiful! The grounds, the stories and their history that goes along with it is incredible. They will tell you where to walk on the grounds and what to look for and although you don’t have to go far to see majestic beauty, there is something else that you need to plan for and arrange with Chris and Jacquie and I would suggest you do this “before” you get there! They have taken people on a tour in their Hummer, which, except for my kids being born, was clearly the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! Now, it’s an entire day and although they love to, they can’t always go, so it is “super” important to make sure they could go on one of the days you’ll be there. I’m probably being super cautious here, I just don’t want you to get there and miss out on this. You will visit two other countries, all in the same day; I know, I didn’t think that was possible either! There is so much more, but I don’t want to spoil it all for you! Ask them what happened with “birds” when I was there and if they don’t know who “I” am, tell them it’s the guy who stayed as a guest in their cabin and came home and started packing to move! The entire experience of staying at their place along with them taking me on the hummer tour has changed me forever!

Owner's Response: We are blessed and honored to be able to share what we call "paradise" with our guests. We always strive to make their experience here the best that we can and we do hope that it leaves a positive memory in their lives. And likewise, we enjoy it when we are blessed with a guest that especially graces our lives as well! Chris and Jacquie

Wonderful charming dog friendly retreat!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at Piece of Heaven for almost a month with my two dogs. This is a fantastic place if you are looking for a quaint, off the beaten path, outdoorsy, and homey environment. Everything is set up with a full kitchen and bath, nice bedding and really all the comforts of home. A simply phenomenal alternative to a hotel room! There is a lovely 1/4 to 1/2 mile walk directly on oak creek just right outside the door. I went birding and walking with my dogs every morning. The location is fantastic as it's just within 2 miles of all the Page Springs Winieries and a host of Audubon sanctuaries. The owners are wonderful. They have a small orchard on the property along with a ton of art. They offer exclusive, private customized, outings in their Hummer too. I had an amazing Hopi cultural and shopping experience--completely eclectic and authentic. Very close to Sedona too. The hot tub is available seasonally.
