Room for everyone with 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs ), each bedroom with multiple beds, 2 full baths and extra shower in sauna. Living room with game table, Smart TV with cable service, stereo system, DVR and WI-FI. Family Room features a stone gas fireplace - just turn on by using the remote control - beautiful ambiance! Beautifully remodeled kitchen which is fully equipped new with dishwasher, microwave, double ovens & 6 burner gas stove - everything provided including dishes, pots & pan, cooking utensils. There is dining area with large dining table that seats 12 plus additional table in living room that seats 6. The utility room has washer and dryer and 2nd refrigerator. of of cooking utensils and appliances. Relax in the bubbling spa on back deck - always ready to use - towels are provided! After a fun day in Lake Tahoe, the cedar lined sauna awaits you!
Our home is in an Ideal Location in Tahoe City - near beautiful Lake Tahoe, ski resorts, great restaurants and shopping. Easy access off Hwy 89 with flat parking and just minutes from Tahoe City - street and driveway area snow plowed during winter! Everything is provided in this home - dishes, cooking and baking supplies and linens - just come and be ready to have fun!
This home is available for an amazing summer vacation and during the Fall and holidays. During summer months the minimum rental period is 6 nights. During Fall the minimum rental period is 4 days. Private HOA beach with dock and grass BBQ area. Hurry and make reservations .Perfect for families to enjoy. Large rooms with multiple beds - bathrooms with heated tile floors, double sink vanities, beautiful showers and bathtub, sauna with separate shower. Smart TV with cable connection, DVD, stereo, wireless internet. Lots of DVDs, puzzles and games available for your enjoyment! Back yard has a deck with bubbling spa, table and chairs, horseshoe pit and gas BBQ.
A great place to relax and have fun. This is a relaxing & comfortable home with lots of room! Dogs are NOT allowed except with special permission from owners - For consideration all pet information & picture of pet must be submitted. No cats allowed.

There has been lots of bear activity in the Lake Tahoe area. We want to keep out "unwanted bear guests" and have installed an electric wire system.

The electric wire system is easy to use and has a main switch by the front door. Instructions are posted.

Good Time in Tahoe

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The check in process was easy and Suzie was very responsive to a couple of questions after we checked in. The house was a fantastic place to hang out and sleep in between activities at Tahoe, and the hot tub relaxing at the end of a busy day. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants, but not in the midst of town. The kitchen is well equipped, though a couple of appliances dated. We really enjoyed our stay!

Tahoe City Gem

We had an amazing time in this comfy beautiful home! The location can't be beat, the home was well stocked, the yard perfect for our 4 grandkids to play. Having access to the private beach was wonderful too. We will definitely book again for our group of 11. Thank you John and Suzy!
