About this property

Very spacious, light-filled contemporary home with all amenities, including air conditioning, located in a prime Wellfleet location. We are close to bayside beaches and coves for kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Oceanside beaches and freshwater ponds are a short drive away. Perfect rental for families looking for a peaceful setting and plenty of space.

Our home offers one-level easy living. The spacious open plan Great Room (living/dining/kitchen) has large windows on three sides, with sliding doors leading onto a large deck overlooking the private back yard. Walk through a wide hall to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom has en-suite bathroom) as well as a separate sleeping area with 2 twin beds. The house has plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. It is very peaceful and quiet on a private circular road.

Our house has everything you need for a great summer vacation - location, comfort, space, fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, high-speed wifi and a Smart TV linked to wifi with access to Netflix, Pandora, Google play, Hulu and other apps.

Wellfleet is one of the most beautiful, welcoming communities for vacationing on Cape Cod with its many bayside and oceanside beaches as well as its large freshwater ponds for swimming, and miles of national seashore for biking, walking, and birding.

Wellfleet is also an arts and cultural center on the Cape with the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre, Preservation Hall, Harbor Stage Company, many art galleries and potters’ studios and shows, exhibitions, and restaurants in nearby vibrant Provincetown.

There are endless recreational possibilities within a few minutes of our home such as biking, kayaking, fishing and golf. Choose to swim at a bay beach, ocean beach or freshwater pond, or rent a boat and head across Wellfleet Bay to Jeremy Point. You can browse through second hand book stores, visit the Wellfleet flea market, and at night go to the drive-in or movie theater. All of this and more is a few minutes away...

This house is great in every way. The layout is ideal for both family time & privacy. The kitchen is UNBELIEVABLY well stocked. The location of the home is convenient and accessible while feeling totally private. Owners are delightful to interact with. Super helpful and kind. Cannot wait to return next year!

Spacious, sunny house with nice backyard

Beautiful property with a big deck and grassy backyard that my kids loved to play in. Really liked the great room for spending time all together. Outdoor shower was a hit too. House is well stocked and clean.

Beautiful house in Wellfleet

The property was perfect for a family or a group of friends. Plenty of space. The living room, kitchen and dining room are beautiful and very spacious. The outside deck is amazing— very large and well furnished with Adirondack chairs, a beautiful table and chairs with umbrella. The outdoor shower was great and the hammock was very relaxing.

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely week in Wellfleet! The house is very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could ever need. The back deck and yard are awesome, with an outdoor shower, fire pit and hammock. It was a great spot for my 4-year old. Shirley was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Greatly recommend!
