Mere blocks to Little Italy, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, Embarcadero, Gaslamp District and downtown.Enjoy the 1924 Spanish Revival bungalow with great light, bay breezes, Mexican theme design with modern updates.
The home is comfy, casual, classy and convenient. The interior environment is unique, colorful and welcoming. Its within walking distance to the epicenter of the hottest, most popular restaurants, breweries and bars in all of San Diego. There are scooters and bikes to hop on and rent everywhere. There are many beaches that are just a 15 minute drive away. You can walk to the zoo and Sea World is about a 10 minute drive away.
Or if you want to stay in and create your own elegant dining experience, there is fun china, hand blown margarita glasses and colorful cloth napkins along with any cooking utensil you could want. Turn on the automatic fireplace with a click, for warmth and ambience. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio with the fountain gurgling in the background.
Finish your day sitting on the front porch railing and watching the sunset over the San Diego bay. Its a great spot whether you plan to stay home a lot or go out and enjoy the sights because it is minutes to all of that.
This house is located about a mile and a half from the airport. The airplanes are exhilarating to watch as they make their airport approach. The planes are audible outside, however there is an airport curfew from 12pm until 6am.There are also triple pane windows and air conditioning. I urge you to read the reviews from my guests that have experienced this first hand.
