Located on Long Island, Indian Lake. This property is on one of Ohio's largest lakes with 5,800 acres of water. This waterfront, 3 bedroom modern cottage was built in the 1990's and is situated in a nice residential area. The large great room offers a wood burning fireplace, 4 couches, and 2 dining tables. The sun porch opens to patio area and back yard overlooking the water. Private boat dock. The cottage sleeps up to ten. Two bedrooms offer queen size beds, the third bedroom includes two full size beds, and there is a queen size sofa bed in the great room. Modern kitchen includes all cookware and dishes. Property has parking for at least 6 cars.

Long Island Cottage

Ryan was immediately responsive to my questions. We were very comfortable in the cottage. We had everything we needed. Suggestions: Get the well water treated Might want to update some of the pots and pans Could use upgraded kitchen table seating, the chairs weren’t the most comfortable Overall, very nice place!

Relaxing getaway

Very clean and everything you needed was there. Close to boat ramp and swimming beach. Very relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend.

Fantastic cottage on the lake

Great host, great house, great location. Our family of all mixed ages spent the week and enjoyed every minute! Open floorplan allows for everyone to be together for meals and games...back porch gives a nice option for a little separation with amazing views. You can't beat walking into your backyard and getting on your boat...or stepping down into the water. Nice and shallow by the house so easy for all the kids to play. Would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a fun, relaxing getaway with gorgeous views!

Excellent! Best experience we've ever had on a vacation!

The cottage was so nice, large and stocked with everything we needed!! T.V in every room! Towels, bedding, dishes, Pots and pans,silver ware , games for the children. On the lake front ! I hope we can rent it every year! The owner is so nice and helpful. YOu can call him anytime! loved it!!!!!!
