Purple Paradise is located in a private gated community, between the Sound and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on Pensacola Beach. Our quiet, gated community with sidewalks allows for a safe place for children to play and ride bikes. The community pool is great for the days when the beach is rough. The dock is perfect for loading and unloading your watercraft.

Our home is 2000 sq ft of open living area, perfect for family interaction. Purple Paradise features a beach theme with bright, tropical colors. The kitchen is large enough for more than one cook and includes almost everything you need for those family meals. The kitchen island screams for platters of goodies.

Comfortably sleep up to 10 people in our 4 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms. 3 queen bedrooms. Twin room with 2 twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. USB outlets throughout. Pack-n-play and baby gates for the little ones, in addition to a high chair and baby bathtub.

2 queen bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, w/DVD players. The living area has a flat-screen with a DVD player.

Lots of DVDs and music CD's provided. Board games, decks of cards, & lots of books too!
Wifi provided as well

One of our favorite areas is the covered area outback. Great for cookouts and listening to music. There is also a TV for watching your favorite shows or listening to music channels. Gas grill provided.

There are some great restaurant choices on the island. Ride the free trolley (seasonal) to dinner, or to our free Bands on the Beach concerts every Tuesday (seasonal). Cross the bridges and visit downtown Pensacola, or take in a baseball game. Seeing Joe Patti's seafood market is a must. A day trip to the Naval Air Museum makes for a great family outing. Maybe you'll get lucky and see our Blue Angels! Go East via Scenic 98 to see the dolphins, sea lions, and such at the Gulfarium. Or, just relax and enjoy the island life.

**Update: The bridge from Pensacola to Gulf Breeze was damaged in September 2020 from Hurricane Sally and is closed. If you are coming from the West, you will be detoured. This detour will add about an hour to your drive, depending on traffic and the time of day. Please keep this in mind, especially if you are flying in/out. Travel to Pensacola once you are on the beach is not ideal.

Rental customers must be 25 years of age or older. Check-in time is 3 PM. Checkout time is 10 AM, so that we may prepare for our next arrivals. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Times may change due to COVID19 sanitation.

Absolutely, NO PETS. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged additionally for rug cleaning/flea spray treatment if any evidence of pet(s) is/are established.

Absolutely, NO SMOKING. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged additionally for rug/drapery/upholstery cleaning or damage caused by smoking products.

Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed in the home at any time is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon and stated on the rental contract. Your security deposit will be forfeited if this number is exceeded.

Neighborhood restrictions.
No loud parties allowed. No boats or RVs in driveways. Any evidence of any of these activities will result in a forfeiture of your entire deposit. If you have a boat or RV it must be kept off-site. If the police are called for any reason, the owner has the right to evict the renters from the property. As a result, you will lose any balance of your rent, plus your deposit. Any violations of any rules will result in your eviction from the house and forfeit of deposit and rental.

Housekeeping: Accommodations will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. Linens are provided and must not be removed from the unit. Additional cleaning fee if the house is left excessively dirty.

Severe Weather: If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur, Emergency Management may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Accommodation refunds will be prorated from the time of your departure from the island during the mandatory evacuation.

Deposits: If you chose not to select the property damage offered by Vrbo, a security deposit of $1500 is required. If repairs to the unit and/or its contents are required as a result of damage from your stay, the Owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to offset the expense of the repairs.

Refunds: If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 60 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservation less than 60 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your deposit will be forfeited.

Starter supplies are provided. 2 rolls of TP per bath, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 DW tablets, dishwashing soap, hand soap, and 3 washing pods provided. There may be condiments that have been left by previous renters. Coffee filters are provided.
