With the nearest beach just 200m away this apartment is deal for those wanting to enjoy the most of a holiday on Ciovo island - sun and sea and the ambiance and amenities of this ancient and exquisite Medieval walled city.

The apartment has a airy and spacious open plan living dining kitchen room that opens onto a balcony that has a stunning sea views.

It has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room and a sofa bed in the living room so can accommodate up to 6 persons. It has a large bathroom plus separate WC.

The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection. There is a private parking lot for all apartments in the block.

The nearest grocery shop is 200m from the apartment.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by flying. Split airport is 6km away and access to the island is by bridge. Please note that local roads become congested during the high season.

Directions to the apartment: You will check in at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Trogir. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 1,50 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure.

Wir lieben diesen Ort!

Schon zu zweiten Mal haben wir die Zeit in diesem Apartment genossen. Dort gibt es alles was wir brauchen. Für uns 5 Personen viel Platz. Mit Charme und Liebe zum Detail. Das Beste ist der Balkon mit dem sagenhaften Ausblick. Die Mitarbeiter von der Agentur sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Die Nachbarn grüßen freundlich. Die Umgebung/Trogir ist sowieso ein Schmuckstück!!!

Ein ganz besonderer Ort

Wir waren im August 2020 in Trogir. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und noch mehr. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und sauber und der Parkplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Tür. Wir sind mit dem Auto zum nächsten Strand gefahren, weil wir Sonnenschirme, Liegen usw. dann nicht tragen mussten und zu Fuß ist es schon ein Stückchen zu der Hüpfburg im Meer, die unsere Jungs so lieben. Die Stadt Trogir ist traumhaft, die Leute freundlich, die "drinks" und das Essen hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit der Agenturmitarbeiterin wirklich hervorragend und sehr persönlich. Wir wollen da unbedingt wieder hin und hoffen, dass die engen Straßen und die Flugzeuge, die wir kaum wahr nahmen andere davon abhalten, damit wir demnächst wieder problemlos buchen können.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis zum Ende des Urlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden sehr gut betreut. Vor dem Urlaubs antritt sowie auch bei der Ankunft. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön gelegen. Sie ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt am Objekt. Zum Zentrum braucht man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Um an den Strand (Steinstrand) zu kommen braucht man ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man sollte wissen das es üblich ist in Kroatien das es überwiegend nur Steinstrände gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es auch ein kleines Geschäft wo man fast alles bekommt was man braucht.Wir können eigentlich nichts negatives sagen über die Wohnung oder der Lage.

Geräumig und schöner Blick vom Balkon

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und der Blick auf das Meer fantastisch. Bei Bezug war sie nicht sauber und mehrere Geräte nicht funktionsfähig. Neben dem Straßen- und Fluglärm hat insbesondere der Lärm der ungefähr 500 Meter (Luftlinie) entfernten Werft erheblich gestört. Teilweise wurde auch nachts gearbeitet, sodass wir nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnten. Das WLAN war tageweise zu langsam und daher nicht brauchbar.
