Why Stephanie Fine chose Historic Eastside
I grew up in Santa Fe, and while I live and work in Albuquerque, I have always retained a special place in my heart for Santa Fe. I treasure owning a piece of this city and look forward to retiring here someday. In the mean time I wish to share this special property and the experience it has to offer.
What makes this House unique
This property has ALL the features I appreciate when envisioning my perfect Santa Fe retreat. It has the original beams, some of which have been exposed to view when the pitched roof was converted to one open ceiling area. The 1500 square ft footprint is just large enough to accommodate several guests, but is warm and cozy in the winter, cool interior in the summer. The personal touches added by a well-known SF architect bring a special updated feel to the interior.

A Memorable Stay
Palace Haven is a comfortable and well-located home for exploring Santa Fe and regional sites. It's a short distance to the Plaza and a mere 4-minute walk to the Teahouse Cafe and the shops and galleries of Canyon Road. The lovely, sunny kitchen is well-stocked with appliances. Stephanie kindly brought us cream for our coffee and left us a bag of Biscochitos, a Santa Fe treat! In each of the bathrooms we found a personal bag with soap and hair products. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV had lots to offer, including Netflix and HBO. Not that you'll be spending much time in front of it, with all that the area has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend Palace Haven for a memorable stay in Santa Fe.
Thank you Patricia! Glad you enjoyed the state cookie.
Fantastic location best Canyon Road. A delight to stay in.
Lovey well presented Adobe style Santa Fe house with two beds and two baths, ideally for two couples. Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas.
We appreciate our guests!
A memorable stay
We recently stayed in this historic eastside property. This was our first experience with a vacation rental. I always wondered if pictures of these properties were accurate. In this case they certainly were! The décor was stylish while at the same time comfortable. We enjoyed the extra space (versus a hotel) as well as the patio and yard. The location is excellent. Very easy to get to Canyon Road and our favorite in town running destination along the river. We were able to walk to the Farmers Market, restaurants & galleries. The area is quiet & peaceful. Check in process was seamless and all details were as stated in the online description. We would definitely stay here again!
Thank you for the review. We are so glad you enjoyed your time here.
Great, cozy home in Santa fe near "Everything"! Great place to escape the hot weather in AZ!
Fabulous home in the Old Eastside
This was a wonderful location to enjoy all Sante Fe has to offer!! We have been to Sante Fe many times and this property was the best. Exactly as advertised...and more.
We are thrilled that it met your expectations Patricia.
A haven for art lovers and history buffs! There are multiple locations both within town and short drives around Santa Fe that give visitors insight into the local culture and history including Bandalier National Monument, the Santa Fe Trail wheel ruts, Acoma Pueblo "Sky City", and many in-town museums and galleries.
