The property is located in Telluride Lodge, between Main Street/W. Colorado Ave. and W. Pacific Ave. For summer guests, it is within walking distance to everything you want to do in the Town of Telluride. It is located directly across from Lift 7/Coonskin, lift ticket office, Telluride Sports equipment rentals and along the Galloping Goose town bus loop and river trail for summer activities. It is within walking distance to Main Street and downtown Telluride''s restaurants and shops. There are restaurants, liquor store and coffee in the Davis/Pacific neighborhood just one block away. Each season, rental revenues are reinvested in the property: 2018 enhancements include a NEW SOFA SLEEPER AND DAYBED in the living area; 2017 enhancements included a NEW KING BED with new bedding, new refrigerator with ice/water dispenser and new lighting.The carpet, floors and interior are professionally cleaned. I listen to guest comments and enjoy many repeat travelers.

All Telluride Lodge units are individually owned and managed--this is a spacious one-bedroom, one and a half bath condominium in downtown Telluride within walking distance to festivals & Main St., across from the river trail and along the town's shuttle loop. Telluride Lodge is one of the original complexes in town, located on one of the largest (5+ acre) parcels in the Town of Telluride which allows for open space, gas grills and off-street parking. Purchased in 2000, this property underwent a complete interior renovation from the studs out including drywall & insulation, electrical, plumbing, windows--and of course, interior finishes.
If you are familiar with Telluride, Telluride Lodge is located between W. Pacific Avenue and West Main Street--close to Clark's Market, There Bar, Siam and river trail with the town bus stop right across the street. It is across from Telluride Ski Resort/Chair 7, river trail and on the Galloping Goose bus route if apres ski lasts longer than anticipated. Live like a local in this complex that is occupied by visitors and locals alike. Many purchase in Telluride Lodge because the units offer more square footage and larger spaces in comparison to other complexes (Viking Lodge and Boomerang). This unit is located within the western-most Telluride Lodge building with views of Telluride Ski Area/Milk Run. The property is perfect for a single, couple or young family. There is a pack & play and other childrens' accessories available upon request. It is not necessarily ideal for adults groups with full grown adults sleeping on the pullout or air mattress--someone usually gets the short end of the stick...
