The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected per CDC standards prior to your arrival. Check-in is No-contact, self-service! Upon entering you will say “WOW” as the home has a spacious open layout with pocket sliding doors to the deeep covered lanai and surprisingly big pool deck, making for that much desired Florida seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The HUGE Pool Deck is to relax on cushy loungers, take an outdoor shower, float in the pool, sit in the Jacuzzi hydrotheraphy spa with rainbow lights and waterfall, gather around the table to enjoy burgers prepared at the grilling station, to have all the fun and relaxation you desire from a lakefront vacation. No fishing license is needed when fishing from the little private pier. Imagine yourself sitting on the pier, a gentle breeze, sunset time, sipping on a favorite drink, watching the sun go down, priceless.
The custom design pool enclosure, new in 2023, makes for unobstructed views of the lake and the Florida screen sides make seating areas very private.
The Blue Pelican is for Pampering and Relaxing in an exceptionally spacious (4,100 sq. ft under roof and pool cage), totally tropical atmosphere at Cape Coral's secure and preferred SW area Lake Mohave, near Westin Resort & Marina, Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point, Rum Runners restaurant and boat rentals, Duffy’s Sports Bar, and downtown’s many different lifestyle offerings. Also nearby is the Butterfly Garden by Rotary Park, Sun Splash Family Water Park (check on being open after Ian). The Shell Factory Museum is on SR-41, a little further away. Brochures and Menus are at the house.

It is easy to dream away in the totally tropical and romantic Master bedroom with 11 ft high ceiling, Tommy Bahama-like furniture, King-size bed with memory foam dream mattress, blackout verticals, and large walk-in closet, and TV with Xfinity. The ensuite has a sunken bathtub with view of lake, separate Euro shower with seating bench, expansive vanity with full wall mirror and is stocked with hairdryer, first-aid kit, and more. In the morning, open the sliding doors, step onto the private seating area next to the pool, breeze in the fresh tropical air, sit and enjoy a well-loved beverage, or jump into the pool, it might just become your favorite start of the day.

The cute Guest bedroom has Tommy Bahama like furnishings, Queen-size bed with memory foam dream mattress, its own TV with all Xfinity channels, two large and mirrored closets, spacious adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower, and a French door onto pool deck.

In the game room, you can challenge your coordination by playing table tennis/ping-pong or if something of a different challenge is desired, the pool table might become the right entertainment on a rainy day.

After a game it might be time to relax in the vast Great Room with Fanimation ceiling fan going, sitting on the super relaxing sectional with recliners, watching favorite show, Netflix, Prime, Hulu (with your sign in), local sports channel or HBO on 65 in. LED TV. With cooler temperatures open the 4-panel sliding door to extend and make for a seamless living space all the way out over the pool deck to just 10 ft. from lake shore. If a drink is desired, the mirrored wet bar is just a step over to the side by the dining area.

The dining area is for your more formal indoor dining experience, enhanced by chandelier lighting, one-of-a-kind tropical artwork, a large Tommy Bahama-like table and four chairs, augmented by tropical grasses. When dining at sunset time, sunrays fill the entire great room and dining area, making sunset watching a highlight of the dinner experience.
When dinner is not ordered out and comes from the bon vivant Kitchen, there are a variety of dishes to choose from as well as pots, pans, cutlery, silverware, and glasses of all kinds. For after dinner coffee fetch osmosis drinking water from small faucet by sink for use in Keurig or traditional cone filter coffee maker. The white and bright kitchen with granite counter tops is another great gathering spot with its pool and lake view seating area, cooking area with stainless steel LG appliances throughout, and office desk with drawers full of Menus from local restaurants, sightseeing brochures, etc, file folders, UBS charging station, wire for radio speaker to hook up own music in minutes. In the large pantry you find a recycling container and small appliances. When stepping through the sliding door you are immediately on the covered lanai area/pool deck and by the outdoor eating place.

If after breakfast you like to go for a bike ride as the bike path runs past the front of the home, you find 4 bikes with helmets and pump in the oversized two car garage. There is also fishing gear, beach chairs and sun umbrella for a visit to the beach, maybe Lover’s Key State Park, an area favorite with kayak rental and more.

If you like to do laundry, there is a separate Laundry room with LG front loading washer and dryer, some laundry detergent, etc., as well as cabinets, utility sink, and storage closet with some cleaning supplies, and 4 tennis rackets and balls.

* The only booking restrictions are a minimum of three (3) nights, and minimum age of 28.
* Cancellation policy is 100% if cancelled prior to 14th day of arrival, except for a seasonal monthly rental. For a January, February or March rental, cancellation must be 3 months prior to booked arrival date.
* We welcome requests to provide information in traveler’s specific language.
* Jacuzzi believes that the key to maximizing relaxation and minimizing stress is learning to quiet your mind. Sitting in the Jacuzzi in the evening, turning on one of the different colored lights and letting time slip by can make for a very good night of rest and sleep.
