These three year new, three story lofts are 5 blocks from downtown Flagstaff.

Each unit offers a 310 square foot one car garage on the first floor, family room and kitchen with a half bath on the second floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the third floor. The living space of each unit is 950 square feet.The views from this property that look North towards the mountains are fantastic. You can walk to local parks, the library , downtown restaurants and the bus depot within minutes. All units are fully furnished.

For the comfort of our guests and the respect of our neighbors, we limit the amount of guests to four people total, including children.

This property in in a very unique area of Flagstaff. Many buildings in this area were built in the 1940's and still retain a bit of the Flagstaff of the past. These lofts were built in April of 2014 and have all the modern comforts.

Thank you so much for sending our son’s arm sleeve back. My husband had not mentioned you found it and were sending it back. Carson had the biggest smile on his face when I just got the mail and it was there. He was so bummed when we got home and he noticed it was missing. You made his day!

Great Location

The loft was clean modern & equipped with everything you need.

We really appreciated the soft drinks & coffee including cream & sugar.

The location was great! Only a few blocks walk to downtown and a quick drive to the awesome Observeratory.

We look forward to returning next year!

Convenient in Flagstaff

Super quiet, VERY conveniently located to many things in Flagstaff, clean, well stocked with some basics, and reasonably priced.

Within walking distance of Lowell Observatory and historic old downtown/Route 66 as well as freeways.

Totally recommend checking this place out!

Clean, modern downtown stay.

My wife and I recently enjoyed two nights in this fantastic place. Right away, you know you're in for a treat. The owner met us promptly in the driveway in front of the garage. The garage was huge bonus and would be even better when it's cold outside. He gave us a personal tour of the loft, and then helped us locate a great lunch spot.

The loft is conveniently located close to everything you'd want to do downtown. We walked to restraunts each day. You're close to shopping and you can even see the Lowell Observatory from the bedroom window! This brings me to the views. The back bedroom has a great view of the mountains and was awesome for a couples get away.

The interior of the loft is amazing. It's super clean and modern, but not stuffy. Everything has been thought of, including refreshements in the fridge. We dined in the first night and had everything we needed for spaghetti dinner, including spices for the sauce! We finished our night out on the back deck to enjoy the chilly Flagstaff night air. (The deck is shared, though, so keep that in mind)

The bedrooms are nice, but the bed in the back bedroom definitely left something to be desired. We're used to a nice foam mattress at home and this mattress isn't close (adequate). Some reviewers mention the train noise - while the tracks are literally across the street, my wife and I didn't find it to be a problem. The owner has earplugs available, but I never needed them.

Even though there are two bathrooms, there's only the one shower, so if you're traveling with your family, or friends, keep that in mind - for two, it was perfect. One note on attention to detail - the owner provides shampoo, conditioner and soap. Not expected, but very appreciated. Further, there was a brand new pack of make-up remover wipes (the brand my wife uses) in the bathroom for her convenience. That's being dialed in!

This is a tri-level unit. The garage and laundry are on the first floor, the main living and kitchen, along with a small bathroom, are on the second and the bedrooms and shower are on the third. We're fine going up and down the stairs, but this may be a deterrent for some. Again, know yourself and your group.

Final thoughts are this - My wife and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay and have agreed to stay here each time we visit Flagstaff. The owner is great, and the loft is fantastic! I cant imagine anyone not enjoying their stay.

Great Condo! Great Location!

Me, my mom and sister stayed 4 nights in Brian's well appointed Condo. It is lovely inside, quiet and comfortable, with great views. He has included many extras for convenience. We walked all over town as it is close to shops and restaurants. We drove to Sedona for a day trip. There are many other attractions in town and nearby.

Brian is very professional and available for questions.

We would absolutely rent Brian's condo on a return trip. Loved it
