Crystal Village Review

Have stayed in numerous Crystal Village Condos, love the location and the pool area. I was not happy with how dirty the condo was on our arrival. The floors in all the rooms were dirty and the rugs were not cleaned or vacumned. The overall condo just wasnt very clean.

Good as always.

We’ve stayed with this owner several years now because we love the location and design of these rentals. This time was no exception. We did stay in a different unit then normal and had a few minor hiccups but nothing we couldn’t work around. First, the pull out couch was busted and unusable and looks as if the sheets were never cleaned on it. The pots and pans weren’t the cleanest. The master bath had wallpaper peeling and the spare bath had the toilet seat broken. The porch had some loose floor beams as well. I feel maybe the owner should check on why the maintenance manager and cleaning people aren’t checking these items regularly. Other than those few things we enjoyed our stay. Those issues were easy to work around and we still managed just fine. I have pictures of issues if the owner would like them at any point for maintenance. Location is awesome and just a few blocks from the beach but know that the pompano joes access parking fills up FAST!

Dissatisfied

Property location was good. Pots and pans were disgusting! Wall paper in bathrooms were peeling off the walls. No TV for almost two days because of Internet/TV connection! Condo definitely needs a makeover. With all said I was disappointed with my accomodations especially with it being a Father/Daughter trip!! Honestly...I feel that I should be refunded at least half of my stay. You can't take back this experience especially with it was suppose to be a special trip with my Daughter! Thanks for anything you can do to make it happen especially with me trying to book future trips!

Ok but won’t choose it again

The location of the property is great. Close to the beach, restaurants and what we were there for. However the condo lacked luster. Had visible damage like missing cabinet door in bathroom, flooring needing repair, furniture appear dirty/stained, the list could go on. The pictures do not shows the wear and tear this condo has received. With a good makeover this would be a fantastic condo and we would choose it again. But not in its current state.
