This magnificent LAKEFRONT condo offers frontal views of East Lake Okoboji from the living room, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and large deck area. Well appointed with all the amenities of home; Master bedroom has a King Size Bed, flat screen TV and attached master bath. 2nd Bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, flat screen TV/DVD & a second bath. The leather couch in the living room has a queen size hide- a -bed. The condo Sleeps 6. Gorgeous stone fireplace, granite counter tops, wood floors, stainless steel appliances and comfy living furnishings. Unit features 3- TV's/DVD. Nice patio furniture & grill.
Enjoy the fun just footsteps away with Bracco WATERFRONT GRILL restaurant & the spectacular 20,000 Sq ft. Indoor Waterpark!! You will find yourself relaxed as you watch all the lake action and the sunsets from the privacy of this beautiful deck. The Condo includes six daily indoor water park passes, use of the fitness area and arcade. You will also have access to the heated lagoon style outdoor pool and swim-up bar. Absolutely No smoking, No Pets!

There is construction occurring on the Coranodo condo building next door. However, our particular building the Golden gate bldg. is not under any construction.

Property is exactly as advertised!

Our family of 6 stayed here and it was perfect for what we wanted to do. Being right on the lake was great for morning/evening views and easy access for the boys to fish. The property owners were also great to work with and very responsive.

Cozy and perfect

We loved our stay at this condo. It was easy to find and access was easy as well. Loved having two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We sat on the balcony every night and watched the boats on the water. The best part was having access to the Pool’s. We enjoyed our time in Okoboji very much. Thank you.

End of summer family getaway

We had a great time In Okaboji and really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, comfortable and had great amenities. Plus it has a great view of the lake and sunsets from their deck.

We purchased this CONDO BECAUSE IT IS LAKEFRONT, but also with the idea that you would always have something to do at the lake~ whether the weather was cool, rainy or sunny and hot. The Bridges Bay Resort amenities are enticing with the waterpark, restaurant, workout facility, etc. The condo is conveniently located near Arnold's Park and all of the fun attractions offered here at Okoboji.
