About this property

Lovely 2 bedroom condo only one block from the beach and boardwalk. This second floor apartment is in immaculate condition and tastefully decorated. Situated on a quiet residential street, it is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach and amusement piers.
The condo has a full working kitchen, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, cookware and utensils for all your culinary needs. Other amenities are washer and dryer, central air, heat and hardwood flooring, new furniture, flat screen TV's, DVD player, WIFI.
There are THREE assigned off street parking spaces, private entrance, outside rinse shower and a private balcony.
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
We take extra care to provide a clean and comfortable experience for our guests. Families are welcome, but no renters under 25, no pets and no smoking please. Only 6 people allowed per unit. Please also bring your own paper products, sheets and towels. 1 queen, 2 twins and 1 full (pull-out sofa bed).

Wonderful stay!

Being a travel agent, I do extensive research prior to my own personal trips! I found working with Wanda was very easy and her communication with me was exceptional. Responses were immediate for any questions I had. Upon arrival, the unit was extremely clean. It was located a block from the boardwalk/beach, which was really important to us. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Things we LOVED: Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and even some seasonings. Dishwasher and dish soap was there, as well as paper towels. We were happy for the ice maker. The appliances were all newer and in very good condition. It was nice to have a kitchen table to be able to sit down for a cooked meal. We loved the ceiling fans in all of the rooms! Our favorite thing was the porch! We sat out there every morning to have our coffee/tea, and breakfast. Plenty of seating for everyone. It was nice having 3 dedicated parking spaces as well as the outside shower. We used the drying rack on the porch every single day too. We liked having the small vacuum available for quick sweeping. The washer/dryer was convenient and we did use that for washing beach towels. The location was perfect. A block from the beach/boardwalk which we went to every day. The walk to the beach in this area (from boardwalk to actual water), was much shorter than further south in Wildwood near the main piers. 21st street on the boardwalk is in a much quieter area. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to go whenever we wanted, and just a short walk to the main piers on the boardwalk. We felt safe at all times on our street. We would definitely recommend this property to others and also will be rebooking in the future! Taryn Stothart

Close to everything!

Beautiful stay, perfect for the family!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Very nice, clean, simple decor and really close to the beach! A short walk to the beach and boardwalk which was great for us having 2 small kids. Amenities were great, no need to bring much and the owner was easy to work with and responded very quickly to any requests or questions. We would highly recommend to anyone and would certainly rent again! Thanks for having us!!!
